Great location for visiting Dunedin, comfortable lodging and responsive staff
Pros:

Excellent location, good complimentary breakfast offerings, great staff.

Cons:

The policy that allowed dog owners in the adjacent room to leave for the evening leaving dogs inside to wail and bark constantly for hours. We finally had to change rooms at 11 pm as the staff was unable to locate the owners and the poor dogs were panicked and crazy.

Nice water views
Pros:

The room was very clean and the mattresses were comfy. We just stayed one night. It is located right at a marina so very convenient for boaters and you have a great view. It is also close to a very nice restaurant within a few yards of the hotel. The hotel staff are very congenial. It’s an older establishment but is clean. The breakfast was good too.

Pros:

Very unique. It had a front and rear entrance to the room. We were on the bottom floor. Each room offered privacy with a wall on both sides and a table & 2 chairs. The room on the second floor also had the same privacy with an entrance from the room. Absolutely loved the hotel and staff!

It was a nice location, clean property and the staff was kind.
Pros:

It was clean the staff was friendly.

Cons:

The only problem I had with the property and it’s just personal preference, the rooms at night time were very bright because of the top of the windows you could not block with the outside street lights. I like rooms pitch dark when I sleep.
