Le personnel impeccable. La situation de l’hôtel, proche du centre commercial avec accès direct de l’hôtel.

Cons:

L'équipement de la sdb ne fonctionnait pas complètement. Les installations sont un peu vetustes et à moderniser.

Pros:

Great place to stay. I would have to say for the price/level of stay the food was just okay. The buffet in the morning has many options though. I would also probably not eat at the restaurant on site again although the service was impeccable.

What a fantastic stay!
From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was simply excellent. The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally well maintained, and perfectly located.
One of the things we loved most was the staff. Every single person we met was friendly, professional and genuinely welcoming. We were particularly happy to meet three Portuguese members of the team, who were absolutely lovely, but honestly everyone always went out of their way to help.
As dog lovers travelling with our two dogs, Vlad and Molly, we were especially grateful for how warmly they were welcomed. They were made to feel completely at ease, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Finding a luxury hotel that is truly dog-friendly is not always easy, and Andorra Park Hotel does it beautifully.
The location is also outstanding. Through the hotel gardens there is easy access to a public lift that takes you directly down towards the city centre, making it incredibly convenient to explore Andorra la Vella without needing to use the car.
The atmosphere, service, comfort and attention to detail were all first class. We genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay and could not have been happier with our choice.
Without any doubt, this will be our hotel of choice whenever we return to Andorra.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. We look forward to coming back.
