Great Staff, Parking & Location. Room excellent and comfortable. Would stay again.
Pros:

Reception staff were friendly, welcoming, helpful and simply fantastic. Hotel location and parking is perfect. We had the apartment which was excellent, the beds comforatable but the pillows were possibly the best I have ever slept on in a hotel.

Pros:

The Hotel is close to Porta Nuova train station which was very useful (unfortunately homeless people are everywhere in the neighborhood). The city center can be reached easily, the hotel room was very convenient.

An amazing historic hotel with the best staff and an unforgettable room upgrade!
Pros:

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I've never experienced such a warm, friendly welcome anywhere else. The hotel itself is gorgeous and packed with history, but the absolute cherry on top was getting upgraded to a massive suite! The room had so much character and came with this incredible, huge private balcony to hang out on. Truly a second-to-none experience.

Cons:

Not a single thing. Everything was absolutely perfect.

Ottimo hotel a Porta Nuova ma occhio al prezzo
Pros:

Albergo elegante, staff molto cordiale. Stanza pulita e organizzata bene negli spazi. A ridosso di Porta Nuova quindi comoda per gli spostamenti in città.

Cons:

Il prezzo, davvero troppo alto.
