Pros:

Very professiinal and friendly staff at the front desk and in the dining hall. Special mention goes to Gabrielle who was at the front desk when we checked in and he was very helpful and friendly!Kudos to the hotel staff!

Lage war sehr zentral, alles zu Fuss erreichbar. ÖV auch vor Haustür (aber dadurch Lärm). Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse sehr reichhaltig. Personal freundlich.

Cons:

Fenster liessen sich nicht richtig schliessen. Schliessriegel waren teilweise defekt. Daher sehr grosser Strassenlärm bis Mitternacht und wieder ab 5 Uhr morgens hörbar. Wenig geschlafen.

Well located hotel & excellent customer service
Pros:

Excellent, very well located hotel in Turin. Friendly and professional staff and the front desk were very helpful in giving us excellent restaurant recommendations. Rooms were kept very clean. Breakfast was good and the lady who was always replenishing food was smiling, friendly and helpful. I expected the rooms to be generic as it was a Best Western but they were all individually decorated and had a lot of character, with the ones on the very top floor having beams and one room a balcony with a nice outlook. Turin itself was a great city with so much to do, see and with excellent restaurants.

A bit too American in the old city of Turin
Pros:

Beautiful Location! But feels Like corporate America in the middle of the old city of Turin. Breakfast room without window, despite the spectacular location, disinfectants everywhere, room service complicated and quite anonymous. If you look for a truly Italian experience I suggest you stay somewhere else :)

Le parking annoncé gratuit n existait pas... nous avons dû payer 25 euros par nuit. Pas de mention d un tarif pour le spa, hors c est 30 euros par personnes.... ça change la donne...
