Good quality hotel, excellent staff, convenient location
Pros:

The staff were excellent and helpful. The hotel is a nice facility with a good breakfast, convenient to the Porta Nueva train station and sites in town.

Cons:

As a single traveler, I liked having a single bed room better than a double bed room as there was more space to maneuver. I stayed at the hotel twice at the beginning and the end of a trip.

très bon séjour je recommande
Pros:

J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’accueil. Le petit déjeuner était super, la literie très confortable et le parking gratuit juste à côté de l’hôtel, sur les places bleues, est vraiment un plus. (valable en août)

Cons:

Un effort supplémentaire sur le ménage serait apprécié.

Pros:

Une réactivité de la Direction, et notamment, de Gabriele, qui à su répondre aux quelques désagréments rencontrés de manière exceptionnelle. Sa gentillesse, sa sympathie ainsi que sa compréhension, ont largement contribué à la réussite de ce séjour. Merci Gabriele !!!

Pros:

Breakfast was as expected. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Parking was very clean and secure and costs 25 euro's per day. Nice A/C. Wifi was good.

Cons:

The room we stayed in was not very sound proof. No noise from the street outside, but the noise came from hotel guest chatter and movement. Not a big problem though. The television's satellite system was inoperable. No Netflix capability.
