Too expensive for what is offering.
Pros:

Proximity to train station and city center

Cons:

Lot of noise from the street even with the windows closed, air condition not working even the outside temperature was 31 degrees celsius. In five days no change for bad sheet even if I left the card on the pilow as was requested. In the bathroom a half roll of toilet paper& 100 ml of soap( for 5 days).

Situation idéale, quartier très sympathique, personnel accueillant, disponible, décoration des communs magnifique, chaleureuse
Bon petit déjeuner
Chambre spacieuse, salle de bain très bien équipée, peut-être un peu vieillotte dans le look

Being an 85 year old, solo traveller, I felt safe and comfortable.

The position. Just 10 walk from the station and Metro. My room was extremely comfortable and spacious.

Friendly, clean and well located hotel
Pros:

Clean and comfortable room. Really good location to walk to the city center and to the Porta Nuova train station, if arriving by train. Really appreciate the baggage deposit. The streets around the hotel are full of cafe, pubs and restaurants to hang out.

Cons:

The downside of a lively street is that if your room is towards it, over the weekend it can be quite loud - it was totally better on Sunday night.
