Balie ontvangst vriendelijk, maar te joviaal. Bar door 1 medewerker bezet, deze weigerde zelfs letterlijk, ook na herhaaldelijk vragen van meerder gasten, het indekken van de ontbijttafels te onderbreken om een drankje voor de, aankomende, gasten in te schenken... Horkerig en een verschrikkelijk arrogante houding bovendien.
Totale staat van het hotel geantidateerd. Ook voor 1 nacht een verkeerde prijs versus kwaliteit verhouding, Slecht ook voor het image van Novotel. Dit hotel nooit meer.

Perfekt ställe att stanna vid utanför Paris på genomresa!
Pros:

Låg nära motorvägen perfekt att stanna vid när man är på genomresa. Hotellet hade det vi sökte bra rum, sköna sängar, aircondition, hundvänlig, pool för barnen, bra frukost, bra mat att äta på kvällen, trevlig personal.

De avond maaltijd . Vis was niet gaar en 1 persoon van het personeel waarschijnlijk leiding was arrogant. De rest van het personeel was zeer vriendelijk.

Lits confortable, petit déjeuner frais.

Cons:

La piscine toute petite était blindé et sale. Mal entretenue, les escaliers pour descendre sont fixés a moitié. C'est dangereux. Fruits vieux, presque pas le choix.

Bon hôtel proche du Parc Asterix avec des infrastrutures de loisirs présentes (piscine, ping-pong)
Pros:

Le buffet du petit-déjeuner / La situation géographique (7 minutes en voiture du Parc Asterix) / la piscine (un peu fraiche) / le grand jardin avec table de ping pong / le baby foot à la réception / la chambre en général (sauf le canapé-lit - voir plus bas)

Cons:

les enfants se sont plaint de l'étroitesse des 2 lits dans le canapé-lit / le diner (longue attente au restaurant par manque de personnel / pas d'indication qu'un menu enfant est disponible / peu de choix sur la carte et viande pas tendre).

Bien. Reposant et efficace.
Pros:

L’emplacement, le calme, l’insonorisation j’avais un peu peur près de Roissy, la propreté de la chambre, le personnel très sympa du début à la fin ainsi que les serveurs du soir et du matin pour le petit déjeuner qui était parfait j Ai beaucoup apprécié la pâte à tartiner Bonne Maman ainsi que le choix de confiture. La brioche était à tomber ☺️, les fromages, les propositions véganes. la chambre spacieuse bonne climatisation , les espaces communs, le domaine, les bornes de recharge.

Cons:

La propreté de la piscine, malheureusement, faire respecter les normes d’hygiène et de bon comportement de certains hôtes. Je pense notamment aux enfants qui mangent dans la piscine ou qui font tremper leurs chaussures en plastique dedans. L’hôtel n’y peut rien mais le passage d’un Responsable avec petit rappel à l’ordre peut être?
Piscine nettoyée pour ce baigner le matin aurait été Un vrai plus.
Les coussins mis sur les transats, donc plus de coussins sur les chaises…

Une nuit à 4/ parc Astérix

Après une journée au parc Astérix, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est un véritable atout. Parking gratuit. Chambre climatisée. Literie confortable. Accès piscine jusqu'à 20h. Restaurant sur place. L'accueil du personnel.

Friendly staff making the most of it. Nice dinner. Airco very welcome with extreme temperatures outside!

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Lots of choice but scrambled eggs no taste didn’t seem made out of fresh eggs. Coffee not great which is a personal taste but still..
