Pros:

Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses, le jardin est agréable et il y a un grand parking avec des places à l'ombre. Le ptit dej était plutôt bon.

Cons:

L'hôtel est vieillissant, le look intérieur et extérieur est vraiment pas beau. La piscine vaut ce qu'elle vaut mais elle a sérieusement besoin d'être rénovée également... Le rapport qualité-prix est mauvais. Bcp trop cher pour le lieu.

Non era la prima volta che stavamo in quest’hotel, ma ho l’ho trovato un po’ in decadenza

Il ristorante ottimo ed il personale gentilissimo. La posizione dell’hotel e’ molto comoda.

Cons:

La piscina andrebbe rifatta, il rivestimento in alcuni punti si e’ staccato e non e’ molto igienico. Nessuna procedura in atto per incidenti in piscina (qualcuno ha vomitato dentro l’acqua e nessuna chiusura, ma solo un test dell’acqua il giorno dopo).

Le personnel n’était pas agréable du tout sauf le réceptionniste de nuit qui était adorable. Nous avons dû demander trois fois pour avoir le lit bébé que nous avions pourtant demandé dès la réservation (demande qui avait été validée au préalable), et la réceptionniste nous a ostensiblement fait sentir que nous la dérangions à redemander alors qu’il était 19h30 et que nous avions besoin de coucher notre enfant. Et le pire était au Restaurant: du petit déjeuner au déjeuner au dîner, service très lent, personnel désagréable, (sauf une dame le soir), le petit déjeuner est en principe servi jusqu’à 9h30 mais à 9h31 pile ils enlèvent tout en nous grondant si on ose dire qu’on veut se servir (alors qu’ils nous ont accueilli sans problème en principe à 9h20, sans doute pour encaisser les 20€ par personne), les prix sont exorbitants pour la qualité. La piscine est très sale, eau stagnante, pas nettoyée même après que des enfants vomissent dedans… bref absolument pas à la hauteur de nos attentes pour un Novotel, nous ne reviendrons certainement pas.
