Pool was a positive, there was plenty of parking and the air conditioning worked
Next to a large shopping complex, food and drinks overpriced, staff weren’t friendly. The main areas weren’t cleaned/used glasses weren’t cleared regularly
Zeer vriendelijk ontvangen, de kamers waren schoon, netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij waren op doorreis, hebben heerlijk gegeten in de avond in het restaurant en het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid.
De airco was niet optimaal.

Very pleasant stay! Everything was amazing. The hotel is strategically located in a great area, with everything you need close by, including a shopping mall. Lille is also not far away, making the location very convenient.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the ladies from housekeeping were especially kind, warm, and welcoming. They really made us feel at home. Overall, an amazing hotel in a great location. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it!
The rooms were a little on the small side, but nothing bad enough to ruin the stay.
Locatie was perfect - vlak langs de snelweg (maar ver genoeg om geen last te hebben van herrie) en naast een groot winkelcentrum. Kamers zijn ruim, fijne bedden. Ontbijt was netjes en gevarieerd. Het personeel is vriendelijk.
De afgelopen jaren hebben we gemerkt dat de toiletten niet altijd goed doortrekken.

Airco was not working properly. The beds are really small. And it needs overall refurbishment.

Family room on the tight side once sofa bed was made up. Barely any room to move around but we only needed it for sleeping so didn’t matter hugely.

Great hotel very close to the A1 highway. Friendly staff, nice rooms and refreshing pool. The restaurant offers a varied menu and the kids playroom is nice too. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
