Une deuxième réservation dans la foulée avec pratique de prix très fluctuants sur la même semaine.
Ai demandé un geste commercial après une réservation étendue sur plus de 10 jours qui m’a été refusé.

Pros:

Location elegant clean comfortable room

Cons:

The staff is not good as a 4 star hotel , the ladies are young and not professional she give us too much papers to write it and complete it which is her work and make our check in is very long time
The napkins in the room as I took the first one I see it’s empty which strange for me !!!
Also there’s no refrigerator in the room

It was good with one

Close to metro stop. Staff is lovely

Cons:

I would have scored the hotel a 10. However, the day of my departure I had to leave at 11-ish. However both elevators were out of order and I was on the 8th floor. After 15 mins I decided to use the stairs which were partly not lighted. This was pretty inconvenient. And the breakfast area is a bit too small though the staff is working really hard to keep everything stocked and they clean the tables very quickly.

Pros:

Location close to La Défense, to Metro station and city centre and restaurants. Quality of rooms. Service and excellent value for price

Toilets were not immaculate 😊 but this is minor
