le service restauration etait catastrophique du petit dejeuner au diner, au petit dejeuner pas de choix et trop peu de quantite par rapport a aux clients a 9h plus rien a manger. le service du dejeuner et du diner une horreur pas assez de personnel qui est vite deborde et vous le dit et vous le fait sentir plus de choix a 13h pas de poisson

Great facilities, good value for money, great location.
Unlike the friendly reception staff, the restaurant/bar staff were some of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. I almost never leave reviews, but this experience was so consistently bad that I feel obligated to warn others.
From the moment we arrived, we were repeatedly brushed off. I asked for a table and was simply told “wait” without any acknowledgment or basic courtesy, left standing there awkwardly for a long time before finally asking again. The same attitude continued throughout the entire experience: endless waiting, being ignored, and having to repeatedly ask for basic things like menus, ordering, and drinks.
We waited around 40–45 minutes just to place an order. Our food eventually arrived long before our drinks, despite us asking twice about them. It was over 30°C, the kids were struggling in the heat, and in the end I had to go to the bar myself to get the drinks because nobody seemed to care.
The day before, I had already had a terrible experience trying to get a simple snack for the kids. This wasn’t only happening to us. During our visit, I watched multiple other tables being treated with the same dismissive attitude, with several customers visibly angry over the service.
To be fair, the youngest waitress was the only member of staff who showed any kindness or effort. She seemed to genuinely try her best. Aside from her, the level of service and attitude from the rest of the team was completely unacceptable.

Lorsque l’on séjourne dans un hôtel et que l’on libère la chambre à 12h, comme dans tous les hôtels, on doit pouvoir profiter de la piscine pour la journée. De plus, nous avions payé en même temps que la réservation nos petits déjeuners. Il n’y avait absolument aucun contrôle. Tout le monde rentrait et sortait et se servait à sa guise.

Breakfast was good, room was spacious and comfortable. All members of the staff were courteous and helpful
The gym was easy too under equipped. Some resistance bands and heavy kettlebells can do wonders with minimal investment.
