A wonderful experience, The food at the restaurant was exquisite but the topper and the Creme de la Creme was our Server Christina she was the BEST! Additionally Honor the bartender made some truly stellar manhattans for me.

We are just leaving this place after 2 nights , when spending one day in London before our 13 days holidays. Perfect hotel, beautiful inside, amazing staff, good breakfast. Room was a bit smaller than I hoped for but the comfort of sleeping was fantastic. Veeeery comfy beds with lovely clean beddings . Going to the airport , was told taxi would be approx £25, but we used busses , 2 stops to Heathrow Central. Thank you for our stay.
I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. I’d especially like to thank Edyta, who welcomed us with a smile every morning at breakfast. She was truly delightful, and it was such a lovely way to start each day with her warm and friendly presence.

Great service from Shane and the team at Radisson Blu Heathrow. We stayed here the night before our honeymoon to Costa Rica, the team upgraded us to a suite, it was the perfect start to our honeymoon. The room was great, clean and quiet, lots of space and nice bathroom. Convenient for us to get terminal 2 as well which was a huge plus.
We stayed at this hotel after our flight was cancelled and so the airline sorted out emergency accommodation.
The staff were very helpful and friendly for the duration of our stay. I would give a special shout out to Christina in the Brasserie who was genuinely, a ray of sunshine in a depressing day! Very helpful and very friendly.
I stayed here for one night prior to a flight. I booked last minute via the app which gave me to option to add on parking for £32 which I did as I knew I’d be in a rush. When I checked in the member of staff on reception added on £16 for parking which is the daily rate for hotel guests. I explained that I’d already paid for parking but he wasn’t having it even though it was itemised on my booking. I tried to get the £32 refunded twice whilst at the hotel before I had to leave but they refused. I then tried to get it refunded through emails but they only offered me £16 and not the £32 due. I tried via the app messaging system and sent in the invoices they requested but a month later and still nothing. I also had to chase up my points for the stay. Won’t be using Radisson again.
I tried to book one night with rewards points (126,424) for July 4, 2026 and instead the booking came back as February 3, 2026. I immediately contacted customer service to change the reservation to the correct date (July 4) so they cancelled the reservation but would not put the points back into my account. Now i don't have enough points for the booking. I twice contacted customer service and they refused to reinstate points. This was a simply mistake as i am in Texas and could not possibly gotten to England the same evening as i tried to make the booking as it was already late afternoon in Texas.
Christina has a natural warmth and professionalism that really elevates the dining experience. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and she made me feel valued as a guest. It’s rare to receive service of this standard, truly world-class and a real credit to the hotel. Thank you, Christina, for making our visit so enjoyable.
I visit the Raddison Blu Hotel at London Heathrow on a regular basis and each time I arrive, I am guaranteed to be greeted in the most incredibly welcoming, professional manner.
Elvis is always ready to help with anything I need and ensures check-in is as smooth and quick as possible which sets the tone for a very relaxing stay.
The room is spotless and beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds to ensure a fantastic sleep.
The hotel facilities are excellent. The location is also perfect, with easy access to Heathrow Airport, restaurants, and transportation.
What really stands out is the level of customer service. Elvis has gone above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and taken care of.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for easy access to Heathrow Airport, comfort, great service, and a memorable stay. I will continue to return.
Lovely friendly service and food for our evening meal before our flight
The service at the restaurant was exceptional, thanks to Christina. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome. She was attentive without being intrusive, checking in at the right moments and ensuring that everything at our table was perfect.
Christina demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the menu and gave thoughtful recommendations that turned out to be fantastic choices. Her friendly attitude and genuine enthusiasm added to the overall dining experience. Even when the restaurant became busy, she remained calm, professional, and efficient.
What stood out the most was her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure guests were satisfied. Because of Christina’s outstanding service, our visit felt special and memorable. I would happily return to this restaurant and hope to be served by her again.

We were staying on route to our holiday. The lady on reception was extremely helpful and upgraded our room as she spotted it was my birthday coming up. So Morgan you made our stay very enjoyable as you didn’t realise it was our wedding anniversary and the suite was perfect..
we also eat in the restaurant and the staff were very helpful and attentive.

Make sure you ask for a table the opposite side of the bar so you get Christina as your waitress. She is quite simply a star!
Overnight stay due to early flight. Majority of the staff was friendly, however, Christina in the restaurant was fabulous, her friendly and attentive manner made us feel very comfortable and well cared for. She recommended a different drink, which I really found pleasing and it will be my firm favourite now. The food we ordered was really nice, tasty and surprisingly good portions at a fair price. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the hotel was very clean and well kept. Definitely will stay here again when next Heathrow flight dictates.
