Pros:

Winterberg ist ein toller Ort für Sommersport.

Cons:

Das Parkhaus ist ungünstig gebaut, es gibt einen niedrigen Balken, für den es keinen Warnhinweis gibt und den ich beim Öffnen der Kofferraumklappe übersehen habe. Das Hotel sieht die Schuld für die Kratzer alleine bei mir.

Lovely facility for families

Cons:

I missed a bin, a potato knife and washing up liquid in kitchen. Only one dishwasher tab, could have been 2-3.

Pros:

Alles in Allem ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Bademäntel und Handtücher sollten für den Schwimmbereich kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Auch ein aut. täglicher Zimmerservice wäre toll.

Hotel mit guter Lage, aber keine 4 Sterne. Daher zu teuer.
Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Die Größe der Zimmer und die Ausstattung ist gut. Das Frühstück ist reichlich und abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Bei dem hohen Preis erwarte ich freies parken. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel erwarte ich ein gereinigtes und staubfreies Zimmer, ohne Flecken an Wand oder auf Sessel. Außerdem kann man kostenfreie Bademäntel und Hausschuh erwarten, um den Wellnessbereich zu besuchen.
Wenn man nicht nach Imbissbude riechen möchte, vermeidet man besser das hauseigene Lokal „Dorfschänke“ in dem eher gelangweilte und teilnahmslose Bedienkräfte nur nach Aufforderung zum Tisch kommen.

Die Lage ist sehr schön. Der Fachwerkstil gefiel uns besonders

Mooie omgeving en kamer. Prima ontbijt.

Cons:

Ik verbleef er van 11 tot 12 augustus. Ik had heel slecht wifi. Heb dat gemeld en zou de parkeerkosten teruggestort krijgen ter compensatie. Dat is me toegezegd door de manager die op dat moment bij de receptie was. Tot op heden is dit echter nog steeds niet teruggestort

Sehr relaxing, und die Region ist richtig interessant. Das Schwimmbad war sehr angenehm.
Pros:

Geräumiges Zimmer, gute Lage und freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers könnte besser sein. Leider wurde keine WinterbergCard angeboten, und die Kosten für die Ladestation waren richtig hoch.

Das Hotel wäre super, wenn es sauber wäre, Frühstück besser organisiert wäre.
Pros:

Moderne Einrichtung. Personal hat versucht die Missstände der Unsauberkeit zu entschädigen.

Cons:

Dreckiges Zimmer. Über all Make-up Reste und Kaffeetassenabdrücke. Benutze Zahnseide und Toilettenpapier auf dem Boden. Kühlschrank hat nicht funktioniert.
Beim Frühstück war die Wurst grau. Es wurde nur auf Nachfrage nachgetragen.
Der Pool so stark gechlort, dass mein Bikini sich verfärbt hat und meine Haut 2 Tage gereizt war.
