Please note that the garage parking fee is only applicable from mid-December to the end of February. It is free during the rest of the year.

Guests traveling by car and using a GPS are advised to program the trip via Interlaken. The shorter route via Sigriswil includes a road which is closed in winter and is also not recommended in summer.

When booking a unit with breakfast included, please note that the use of the kitchenette in the apartments is not included in the rate. It can be arranged at an extra charge of CHF 40 per stay.

Pros:

This is my honest opinion.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is about 25–30 minutes from Interlaken town center by bus, and the bus stop is literally just a few steps from the hotel, which made transportation very convenient.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the room was amazing. We requested a room with a lake view, and it exceeded our expectations.

The breakfast was outstanding, with an incredible variety of high-quality options.

Most importantly, every member of the staff from the reception team to all the other employees was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. I can honestly say they made us feel at home from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out. Their warm smiles and genuine hospitality made a huge difference to our stay.

I can honestly say that if I ever return to Interlaken, I will not stay anywhere else. This hotel will always be my first choice.

Finally, I would like to thank the entire team and the management for their outstanding hospitality and for making our stay so memorable.

Cons:

Rooms not adequately supplied for 3 people on bookings. For the amount if money we paid kitchen in apartment was locked and for extra charge. Hotel greedy and not tailoring to guests. Breakfast goid but chaotic. General Manager Mr. Oliver Koenig of the hotel doesn't care to even reply or contact fot complaints, wrong person for the job. Otherwise not worth the money, atmosphere felt somewhat snobish and unwelcome. More choices around this old property around lake Thun.

Pros:

View is gorgeous, of course. Staff were all very friendly, professional and helpful - at the front desk, restaurant and other service staff. The pool and sauna are lovely. Games room is very nice, and the outdoor play area is quite basic but charming. Mini golf is also fun. They were never too busy, and our kids could play whenever they wanted. The hotel restaurant was also better than average, and reasonably (for Switzerland) priced.

Cons:

I don't have any real complaints, other than the room being quite small for 4 people. The upstairs is large, but the downstairs is quite limited, with no place to put suitcases. There is a spiral staircase up to the second floor bedroom which I imagine would be quite difficult for some people to carry suitcases up to the bedroom.

Hotel de montaña con bonitas vistas
Pros:

Apartamento con cocina con todo lo necesario y sin coste adicional. Buena limpieza. Muy tranquilo. Personal muy amable. Aparcamiento gratuito enfrente del hotel.

Cons:

Bonitas vistas de las montañas pero cuidado con dejar puertas del balcón abiertas ya que se llena de insectos. No se veía el lago. Complicado llegar a la habitación.
