Guests traveling by car and using a GPS are advised to program the trip via Interlaken. The shorter route via Sigriswil includes a road which is closed in winter and is also not recommended in summer.

When booking a unit with breakfast included, please note that the use of the kitchenette in the apartments is not included in the rate. It can be arranged at an extra charge of CHF 40 per stay.

could not have chosen a better property considering our need for a kitchen which few hotel designate

Our toilet broke down and we had to shift rooms . The staff were very helpful to make the move easy

And the view from our balcony..breathtaking !!

Cons:

For longer stay guests , like us, they need to change their breakfast items between the days . And perhaps add salads on the menu?

Super Lage, Parkplätze/Tiefgarage, gutes Frühstück

Cons:

An Der Rezeption ein Tag vorher angefragt und bestellt Lunchpaket. War am Abreisetag leider nicht da.
Essen im Restaurant sehr teuer und sehr wenig.

Bien avec une bonne localisation ,un balcon et cuisine utiles .
Pros:

La localisation de l'hotel dans un village calme et avec une vue sur le lac très jolie .le fait d'avoir une petite cuisine .

Cons:

le canapé qui a servi de lit pour notre fils -peu confortable .de facon général ,il pourrait etre changé car il avait l'air un peu usé .Le confort de la Chambre du haut peut etre amélioré et modernisé .

Supperb hotel with one of the best views!
Pros:

Quick checkin and professional staff. Very welcoming. Its strongest USP is all rooms face the lake and mountains so you are never short of a great view! Great swimming pool area. Close proximity to beautiful locations such as Interlaken, Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen for a stay at far lesser price. Room equipped with kitchen a lifesaver especially if you are travelling with kids and can cook a but on your own

Cons:

Can be a little far if you dont have a car. Limited access to restaurants if you dont happen to eat in their restaurant. But then this is natural

S pobytom v tomto hoteli som bola veľmi spokojná. Prostredie hotela bolo krásne, čisté a na vysokej úrovni. Personál bol počas celého môjho pobytu mimoriadne milý, ochotný a vždy pripravený pomôcť. Vďaka ich profesionálnemu a priateľskému prístupu som sa cítila veľmi príjemne a vítaná.

Ďakujem za skvelý zážitok a výborné služby. Určite tento hotel ešte niekedy navštívim a rada ho odporučím aj ostatným. 😊

Pros:

Diner en ontbijt waren heerlijk. De kamer was heel ruim en een mooi balkon. Fantastisch uitzicht op de Thunersee en de bergen

Pros:

Está en una ubicación increíble, la vista es inmejorable y las instalaciones son muy lindas, buen mantenimiento y en general todo lo disfrutamos. La cocina está dotada con buenos elementos para facilitar la estancia.

Cons:

No incluye servicio de limpieza de la habitación, lo haces por tu cuenta, el único servicio que nos dieron fue darnos más toallas y café

View from the hotel was very good. Bus from Interlaken stops right in front of the hotel, that was very convenient too, staff was helpful in guiding us about the bus timings.

The staff are friendly and polite and very helpful

Housekeeping is not good enough
I spend 4 night and the clean only one time and not the whole apartment only they changed the towels of the bathroom
