Pros:

Der erste Empfang war unangemessen.Wir hatten auf Zi.117 nur heißes Wasser.Wir zogen um.Das andere Personal war hilfreich und gut.
Ein Shuttle Service nach Freiburg war,obwohl beschrieben nicht vorhanden.

Cons:

Gut war die aktive Hilfe bei der Therapie meiner Erkältung.Das war sehr gut. Prof.Dr.KG.Dorst

Sehr schön gestalteter Aussenbereich. Übergang zur Therme. Freundliches Personal sowie das tolle Frühstück.

Hotel facilities are okay but I expected more.
Pros:

Calm surroundings and close to thermal bath. Staff was professional.

Interior outdated and rooms small, with the breakfast not being included, it felt overpriced for what you get.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben sofort wieder gebucht.
Pros:

Die vielen Möglichkeiten die Therme zu nutzen.
Die Verbindung von Hotel und Therme, ohne dass man das Haus verlassen muss.

Cons:

Die Badewanne war mir zu rutschig. Vielleich gibt es eine Möglichkeit den Badewannenboden sicherer zu machen.

登記入住的服務人員態度很好，餐廳的女服務生也很親切

Cons:

設備不佳。浴室水龍頭很難轉動，燒水壺根本不運作，浴室的水噴到馬桶，卻把馬桶蓋的很多髒東西流出來

Établissement d’un excellent rapport Q/P adossé à des Thermes
Pros:

L’ensemble Hôtel - Thermes au calme vraiment très bien pour un WE.
Le personnel attentionné.
Nous avons bénéficié spontanément d’un upgrade en Suite inattendu et apprécié.
Parking de l’hôtel gratuit

Cons:

La Signalétique à améliorer à l’intérieur pour un 1er séjour…immeuble compliqué car très grand et on tâtonne pour trouver la chambre (pas dramatique non plus, mais le visuel est vraiment trop discret).
La carte du Restaurant est plutôt peu variée.

Sehr schöne Lage, ruhig und sauber.

Cons:

Der Service ist freundlich, allerdings wurden bestellte Getränke nicht an den Tisch gebracht, erst auf Nachfrage wurden die Getränke gebracht, leider mit Wartezeit.

Im Prinzip gut, überschattet vom Bad und Abend-Menü

Ambiente und Lage des Hauses

Cons:

Einen dicken Tadel gibt' für das Bad bzw. dessen Tür. Eine transparente Glasschiebetür, die jegliche Privatsphäre im Bad bzw. dem WC verhindert (gilt für Einsehbarkeit und Geräusche). Insbesondere Nachts eine denkbar unmögliche Lösung, wenn jemand mal raus muss. Ein K.O.-Kriterium für ein nächstes Mal.
Einen weiteren Tadel gibt's für die intransparente Preisgestaltung des Abend-Menüs, dessen Preis nirgends einsehbar war und auch auf Anfrage an das Personal offenbar bewusst nicht beantwortet, sondern wortreich umgangen wurde. Die böse Überraschung - insbesondere im Verhältnis zum Gebotenen - kam dann mit der "verträumten" Rechnung.

Heerlijk hitel om even bij te komen
Pros:

Mooie kamer, vasjsner was wel beetje jrap, douchen in bad.
Toegang tot Thermen was een kadootje. Zo leuk.

Cons:

Badkamet was aan kleine kant, douchen in bad.
Er was geen ruimt om op terrein zelf te parkeren, dat vonden we wel een min puntjen.

Location, Proximity to Therme

Cons:

Room smelled bad, no ventilation or AC, no mosquito net so opening the windows wasnt possible... Breakfast was 28€ and the options were very limited...
