Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Leider waren wir von unserem Aufenthalt enttäuscht.

Das Badezimmer hatte zahlreiche Mängel und roch sehr unangenehm. Zudem verfügte das Zimmer über keine Klimaanlage. Als Ersatz erhielten wir lediglich einen kleinen Ventilator, der bei den Temperaturen nicht ausreichend war. Auch der Teppichboden wirkte nicht besonders hygienisch.

Im Restaurant mussten wir rund 30 Minuten auf unsere Getränke warten. Der Service war offensichtlich überfordert. Zusätzlich entsprach die ausgehängte Speisekarte nicht der Speisekarte im Restaurant, was für Verwirrung sorgte.

Insgesamt entsprach unser Aufenthalt leider nicht unseren Erwartungen. Aufgrund der genannten Mängel können wir das Hotel derzeit nicht weiterempfehlen.

Moyen entre les plus et les moins, malheureusement pour le personnel super.

L'endroit, le service.

Cons:

Chambre en sous-sol sans air conditionné, impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre avec de la lumière à cause des moustiques, et j'ai été piqué quand même, mini TV. Restaurant avec carte ultra limitée pour cause inconnue. Pour le prix très bof.

Duur en verouderd, geen plek waar we opnieuw naartoe gaan
Pros:

Sauna gedeelte was erg verzorgd. Geen fijne omgeving!
Ontbijt was in orde!

Cons:

- geen airco, warme kamer ++
- buitenzwembad was in onderhoud zonder ons vooraf te verwittigen
- 1x gebruik van de wellness voor 1 nacht, dus we kregen geen toegang beide dagen
- kleine menukaart in restaurant, vooraf niet vermeld bij de reservering
- fitness verouderd, is voornamelijk revalidatie materiaal geen fitness

Pros:

Welcoming professional staff. Excellent, secure parking facilities. As we had planned to arrive early, the hotel had our room ready, to allow us to check in.
The room was very spacious, clean and very comfortable.
The pool (&spa) area had great facilities and very clean.
Breakfast was an amazing choice and plentiful, in a light, spacious area with an outside dining balcony. Food was of a high quality and presented by happy, smiling staff

Schade wegen der Klima
Pros:

Personnel très attentionné , belle situation , hall de réception très bien climatisé, petit déjeuner très copieux avec un personnel adorable

Cons:

L'absence de climatisation dans les chambres bien qu'un ventilateur soit mis à disposition nuit très difficile avec la chaleur.
La limitation à une entrée aux thermes alors que l'année dernière on pouvait s'y rendre le jour d'arrivée et celui du départ gratuitement.
L'hôtel n'accepte pas les toutous même s'ils sont propres et petits

Établissement très propre, magnifiquement situé en forêt, d’un calme incroyable.. petit déjeuner très copieux, frais et cuisiné devant nous..

Cons:

Minuscule point négatif, la Clim n’est pas installée dans les chambres mais seulement dans les suites.

Les thermes et l'emplacement

Cons:

Pas de climatisation à 240 euros la nuit cela n'est pas acceptable, je n'ai pas dormi les deux nuits donc je suis plus fatigué qu'en arrivant.
