Spa agréable Hôtel moyen mais calme
Pros:

La connexion avec le centre aquatique

Cons:

Pas de Clim, forte chaleur dans la chambre mansardée et salle de bains très petite et pas pratique, pas de sèche cheveux, petit déjeuner moyen pour le prix, service au restaurant débutant mais souriant

Très bien mais des points à améliorer.
Pros:

L’emplacement, le calme, les thermes, très bon petit déjeuner, la décoration, l’impression d’être dans un bel établissement.

Cons:

Les chambres sont assez onéreuses mais j’ai trouvé qu’il manquait des éléments essentiels à l’idée qu’on se fait de leur standing:
- pas de climatisation dans la chambre 🥵, même s’il y avait un ventilateur ça n’était pas suffisant.
- pas de moustiquaires aux fenêtres (à côté de la forêt les insectes sont bien présents!)
- pas de smart TV donc la télé ne sert à rien si les touristes de passage à l’hôtel ne parle pas allemand.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

The absolute highlight of our visit was the included access to the Kiedel Thermal Spa. We absolutely loved it and enjoyed the thermal pools and facilities very much. It was a fantastic addition to our stay and made the experience even more special.

The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, and everything was very well organised. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Ein besonderes Hotel am Waldrand
Pros:

Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich, und es wurde auch auf individuelle Wünsche freundlich eingegangen.
Ein besonderes Plus des Hotels ist der Gratis-Zugang zu dem schönen Thermalbad.

Cons:

Im Sommer ist das Fehlen einer Klimaanlage problematisch. Die bereitgestellten Ventilatoren senken die Raumtemperatur nicht wirklich.
Die WLAN-Verbindung für den Laptop brach immer wieder ab.

Отель очень старый и некомфортный.
Pros:

Термы неплохие, завтрак разнообразный. Хорошие подушки. Я так понимаю, они входят в сеть и какие-то вещи у них сетевые, например те же подушки.

Cons:

Все очень старое. Старый номер, маленький и обшарпанный. Кондиционера нет, при этом номер под крышей и нагрелся очень сильно даже не в сильную жару. Шторы не блекаут, немного оторваны. Отель заявлен как 4 звезды, стоит как 4 звезды. По факту - уставшие три. Конечно когда-то он был хорош, персонал пытается держать высокий стандарт, они стараются делать вид, что у них отель высокого класса. Но ему уже давно нужна реновация. Или пора менять ценовую категорию.
На букинге еще не указано, что основное направление отеля - реабилитация. Тренажерный зал, например, это набор очень специфического, очень старого (есть пару новых конечно), реабилитационного оборудования. Вы не найдете здесь обычных тренажеров для тренировок, а свободные веса будут очень маленькие. Нам пришлось ехать в mcfit.

Insgesamt haben wir uns im Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt und würden aufgrund der schönen Lage, des tollen Personals, des Frühst

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Dorint Thermenhotel Freiburg. Besonders begeistert haben uns die tolle Lage, das freundliche und aufmerksame Personal sowie das wirklich hervorragende Frühstück. Auch die Therme war ein absolutes Highlight und hat unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und erholsam gemacht.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtet, allerdings war es darin leider extrem warm. Die Hitze war teilweise fast unerträglich. Der kleine Ventilator, der im Zimmer zur Verfügung stand, konnte kaum Abhilfe schaffen und musste zudem nach einiger Zeit abgeschaltet werden. Hier wäre eine bessere Möglichkeit zur Kühlung, besonders an warmen Tagen, wünschenswert.

Praktische locatie vlak bij de autosnelweg
Pros:

Het ontbijt en diner waren goed, met ruim voldoende keuze. De algemene ruimtes in het hotel waren netjes en goed verzorgd. Ook de badkamer was fijn. Daarnaast was de parkeergarage een pluspunt en ligt het hotel gunstig dicht bij de autosnelweg > veel voorzieningen (sauna, wellness) waar wij geen gebruik van hebben kunnen maken i.v.m. tijd/doorreis.

Cons:

De bedden vonden wij echter erg zacht; het voelde meer als een hangmat, waardoor wij met rugpijn uit bed kwamen. Ook werkte de airco niet en stond er in plaats daarvan een staande ventilator die erg veel lawaai maakte. Verder was de vloerbedekking in de hotelkamer vies.

Prima locatie voor uitvalsbasis en na aan lange dag gebruik te maken van de Thermen

De Thermen aan het einde van de dag.

Cons:

Het was heel warm in de kamer, geen airco, geen Horn/ zonnescherm. Fitness ruimte en apparatuur was met name gericht op revalidatie voor ouderen.
