Nous avons payé 380 € la nuit avec le repas à l’hôtel. Cela ne les vaut absolument pas. Les thermes étaient bondés. Nous avons été un peu déçus. Pas de clim dans la chambre

Le petit déjeuner était copieux et très bon.
La chambre ok et propre, sauf qu'on s'attendait à avoir un plus grand balcon (selon photos) et il n'y avait pas de balcon proprement dit, juste une grille pour se placer dessus à 2 personnes...
Mais endroit très calme et reposant.

Repas du 1er soir.
Nous avions réservé le repas du 1er soir au restaurant Münstereck et avons été très déçus. En effet le restaurant ne nous proposait que de petits "en cas" durant la semaine et ne nous avais pas contacté auparavant pour nous avertir.
Heures d'ouverture du fitness durant la semaine dès 8h et week-end dès 9h, c'est un peu tard à mon goût et n'avons pas pu vraiment en profiter.
L'accès aux bains: comme nous avons passé 4 jours et 3 nuitées dans l'hôtel, nous n'avons que l'accès aux bains pour 3 jours. Le 4ème jour était payant....

Quiet and comfortable
Pros:

The room was lovely and comfortable but we had a view of the car park. The location was beautiful and quiet. We did not have breakfast included.

Cons:

The restaurant staff at dinner were slow and a little surly. It would have been nice if they could have been a little more attentive and welcoming as it's a bit off putting.
