Stille luksus i skønne omgivelser
Pros:

Stille luksus - fantastisk betjening, lækre omgivelser, super lækkert morgenmad i skønne omgivelser, dejligt værelse med de skønneste senge, super lækkert mad i bar-restauranten og en personlig betjening alle steder. Det kunne ikke være bedre.

Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt in Berlin mit hervorragender Lage aber ohne zweite Decke
Pros:

Besonders gefallen haben uns die ausgezeichnete Lage des Hotels mit guter Anbindung an die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten und den öffentlichen Verkehr. Das Zimmer war sauber, ruhig und zweckmässig eingerichtet, sodass wir uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt und können es daher nicht beurteilen. Hervorheben möchten wir zudem die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals, das jederzeit zuvorkommend und professionell war.

Cons:

Weniger gefallen hat uns, dass im Zimmer lediglich eine Decke für zwei Personen vorhanden war. Dies führte in der Nacht wiederholt zur Frage, wer gerade die Decke hat, und beeinträchtigte den Schlafkomfort unnötig. Eine zweite Decke sollte bei einer Belegung mit zwei Personen standardmässig verfügbar sein.

Excellent hotel.
Pros:

Clean, Spacious and comfortable room for 3 adults. Best location to Berlin Philharmonie. Good mall behind the hotel for food and other essentials. Fabulous breakfast. Staff was courteous and professional.

Cons:

Nothing. This is my 2nd stay at Mandala and this time round, the bathroom shower area (room 828) did not leak which made it a perfect stay for us.

Totally deluxe and modern
Pros:

Totally deluxe hotel experience. The room was bright and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked really well. Everything was perfectly functional from the shutters to the bathroom fixtures, and the "Do Not Disturb" button was something cool I hadn't seen before. Room service was very good and thoughtful. The iPad for ordering a wide variety of stuff was very convenient, and 24/7 snacks was reassuring.
I didn't quite have time to go to the spa or the gym, but my husband assures me it was good (I'll do a workout next time, I hope).
The location is very convenient: central to Potsdamerplatz but my 10th floor room was still plenty quiet. The staff was all very kind and helpful.
I definitely plan to stay here again next time I'm in Berlin.

Cons:

The mattress was more firm than I'm used to, and I didn't love any of the pillows (although there were plenty of options). I also for some reason expected a microwave, but there are plenty of food options nearby.
The food options within the hotel don't have any indication of allergens though, so I skipped them.

Was there for 11 nights and would stay there again on my next trip to Berlin.
Pros:

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. May have been the best bed I have ever had at a hotel.
