Fanstastic Hotel
Pros:

Fanstastic Hotel, extrem friendly, great breakfast, comfortable bett
Unfortunately I had not time to test the Spa -> next time

Great place to stay if attending the concerts at the Berlin Philharmonie
Pros:

Close Proximity to the Berlin Philharmonie.
Excellent mall with good food offerings behind the hotel.
Lovely breakfast. Good range.

Cons:

Shower area was small and water easily leaked out as water sealing was poor.
Some Breakfast items were arranged by hand by the staff. No gloves or tongs used. This is a hygiene concern to me.

Cons:

A few things I didn't like enough. The bathroom door didn't fit together and therefore couldn't be closed completely. The shower wasn't good enough and the water pressure in the shower wasn't great. Also, electrical appliances like the hair dryer could be upgraded.

Fabulous Berlin base
Pros:

loved loved loved the Mandala Berlin - in Potsdam Platz perfect for exploring whole city and brilliant airport train access. We had a spacious suite which was immaculate - excellent bedding/towels, walk in wardrobe, palatial bathroom and living area - brilliant blind system. Lighting is also worth a mention - works flawlessly which is strangely rare in hotels. Housekeeping top notch pristine great. Beautiful sauna and spa area too. Front desk staff terrific, taxi rank out the front and food and bev, including Michelin star restaurant mean that interesting locals use the hotel too.

Pros:

Frühstücksrestaurant vor allem mit der Option draußen in absoluter Ruhe und "Natur" zu sitzen. Logischerweise sind diese Plätze sehr begehrt und hier könnte man ggf. für mehr Möglichkeiten sorgen.
Auch der Fitnessbereich hatte alles was man braucht.

Cons:

Ein paar Tische und damit Optionen beim Frühstück mehr.
Vor dem Hauseingang des Hotels gibt es die Möglichkeit etwas zu trinken. Hier ist nicht klar, wie lange am Abend dies möglich ist und entsprechend liegt das Hauptaugenmerk nicht hierauf.
Dies sind meines Erachtens jedoch Marginalien.

Pros:

La literie est exceptionnelle et le personnel avenant. L'emplacement est top.

Cons:

Chambre proposée avec une cuisine mais dépourvue de tout équipement, frigo ne fonctionne pas mais aucune réaction en 5 jours, manque d'intimité aux toilettes, baignoire au lieu de douche à l'italienne, petit déjeuner extrêmement décevant.
On voit que l'établissement n'évolue pas et c'est dommage
