Everything was good, except breakfast which was very disappointing.
Pros:

Breakfast was very disappointing. There was no hot food. I was provided with a tasteless omelette.
The breakfast needs a lot of improvement. Do not let very bad breakfast destroy the reputation of your hotel.

Pros:

Everything. From the moment we arrived and were given hot towels to freshen up. The Management Suite we had came with everything you could want from a walk in wardrobe and kitchenette, lounge, balcony, large bedroom area and massive bathroom.

The food in the Qui restaurant was exceptional and breakfast was just as good.

We chose this hotel because it's only a few minutes walk from the Brandenburg Gate and other attractions. Plus it had underground parking available for our Motorcycle which was very secure (book online before you go and you save quite a bit).

For a Five Star hotel with a 2 Michelin Star restaurant in the centre of Berlin, I thought the price was very fair.

Siempre que vaya a Berlin, me alojaré (si hay habitaciones) en este hotel.
Pros:

Ubicación, Habitación, Tranquilidad.

Cons:

En el bar, la carta, al no haber servicio de habitaciones.

It was good
Pros:

- Comfortable beds with the Scandinavian sleep setup.
-spacious room, with walk in robe, nice and quiet.
- fast lift
- appreciated the laundry room for the use of washer and dryer

Cons:

- Air conditioning was weak, got quite warm at night
- it had a spacious walk-in robe but then no where to put more than one suitcase. Needed extra luggage racks.
- hair from previous guests in the walk in robe.
- There were no nice touches… like no hair conditioner, there was a bath but no salts or bubble bath. No iron in the room , you had to walk down to the laundry room.
- Breakfast was ok but not worth the money. Lovely setting tho. Coffee was from a machine not barista. Buffet food was good quality but not huge selection.
- they tried to charge for 4 adults at check out for breakfasts instead of 2 A + 2 C.
- location is ok but as tourists we did three day tours whilst there and they all started quite far away nearer the Berlin Cathedral. Ended up getting Ubers and stuck in traffic a few times.
- Overall the Mandala didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel. It felt a bit stingy and lacked the luxury factor. I think these things listed above normally wouldn’t be complained about but when you pay top dollar for 5 star you expect a bit more.

Perełka Berlina !
Pros:

Rewelacyjne jedzenie ! Kolacja z menu degustacyjnego - obowiązkowa podczas pobytu. Szef sali restauracyjnej - Pan Konrad- zaopiekował się nami w każdym detalu . Kelnerzy w sali śniadaniowej , również z nienaganną kulturą. Pokoje bardzo przestronne, komfortowe.
