La literie n’était pas du tout confortable, la chambre était médiocre et le climatiseur fonctionnait à peine. Cet hôtel ne mérite clairement pas ses 4 étoiles.

ASTORIA PAYASOS

Servicio de limpieza, mucho más competente que los de recepción.

Para empezar, te tratan con desdén por no ser siciliana/italiana. Nos pusieron en una habitación en donde el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, estando a 30grados. Me tuve que quejar 3 días consecutivos hasta que el último día les exigí que me cambiaran de habitación porque aquella situación era insostenible. Cada vez que iba a quejarme me decían “sisis lo anotamos para que vayan a arreglarlo”. Yo no sé si realmente hacían algo pero vaya, en mi caso nada. Tras cambiarnos la habitación nos dimos cuenta de que el aire acondicionado era nefasto al igual que en la otra habitación. Me da la sensaciones que las habitaciones tienen un tope el cual no llega ni a los 21 grados. Ya se pueden imaginar en Palermo con 30 grados, tras la ducha sin poder ventilar la habitación porque entraban bichos y, porque sino se calentaba más aún la habitación, por el bochorno de fuera. De vez en cuando se olvidaban de darnos las toallas. En cuanto a la wifi, inexistente, solo funcionaba en la recepción, al igual que el aire…
Tras cambiarnos la habitación por mi insistencia, a una planta más baja, la wifi no mejoró en absoluto. Si tienen pensado venir a este hotel contando con wifi, no vengan.
Si es verdad que las instalaciones estaban bien, pero claro el hecho de que no nos tomarán enserio por el mero hecho de tener 22 años o por ser españolas, me parece indignante.
Llegué a tal punto, que ya por no molestar, no les quería preguntar o exigir nada, pero claro para que he pagado yo por un servicio si no es para recibirlo. Había una empleada, que madre mía parecía que se le amargaba el día, por solo preguntar recomendaciones, nos ponía unas caras… que madre mía. Para eso que se quede en su casa.
En cuanto al rooftop, muy bien la verdad, un servicio excelente, muy encantadores y la comida bastante bien. Se agradece ese restaurante en verano puesto que el calor no ayuda a salir del hotel. En cuanto a la ubicación… no diría que es la mejor.

Frühstück war sehr gut.
Man kann zum Zentrum laufen. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel.
Terrasse auf dem Dach des Hotels....

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage auf den Zimmern gingen nicht, oder war überlastet.
Wir bekamen ein Ventilator, was nicht sinnvoll ist bei 28 Grad im Zimmer.....
Immerhin wird mit 4 Sternen geworden. Spätestens nach 2 Tagen sollte sowas im Sommer repariert werden.

Pros:

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura una sola notte e nel complesso l'esperienza è stata piacevole. L'hotel è davvero carino, pulito ma un po' datato. Il personale si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile, hanno subito risolto il problema dell'aria condizionata che non funzionava in stanza.
Camera insonorizzata e contesto silenzioso. Un dettaglio importante da segnalare per chi viaggia in auto: è presente un parcheggio nella struttura con parecchi posti, ma è a pagamento.
