Das einzig wirklich Positive an unserem Aufenthalt war Veronica an der Rezeption. Sie war stets freundlich, herzlich, professionell und sehr bemüht, den Gästen zu helfen. Ihr Engagement und ihre positive Art haben einen deutlich besseren Eindruck hinterlassen als das Hotel selbst.

Cons:

Leider hat das Hotel unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Das gesamte Gebäude und die Zimmer wirken stark in die Jahre gekommen. Die Einrichtung erinnert an die 80er- bzw. 90er-Jahre und scheint seitdem kaum renoviert worden zu sein. Dadurch wirkt das Hotel insgesamt altmodisch und wenig einladend.

Das Bett war für unseren Geschmack viel zu hart, sodass wir nur schlecht schlafen konnten. Zusätzlich wurden wir morgens bereits vor 8 Uhr von der Reinigungskraft gestört, die das Zimmer reinigen wollte, obwohl wir noch geschlafen haben.

Auch die Umgebung des Hotels hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen. Rund um das Hotel war es sehr schmutzig, es lag vielerorts Müll herum, teilweise gab es unangenehme Gerüche und man musste aufpassen, nicht in Kot zu treten(aber nicht nur von Hunden, sondern auch Menschliche). Dadurch haben wir uns in der Gegend nicht besonders wohlgefühlt.

Positiv ist zwar, dass sich eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel befindet, allerdings waren die Busverbindungen sehr unzuverlässig. Die Busse hielten sich häufig nicht an den Fahrplan, sodass die Wartezeiten stark schwankten – manchmal 10 bis 20 Minuten, manchmal aber auch bis 45min.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls eher enttäuschend. Die Auswahl war überschaubar und entsprach nicht dem Standard, den wir von einem Hotel dieser Größe erwartet hätten.

Insgesamt würden wir dieses Hotel aufgrund des Zustands der Unterkunft und der Umgebung nicht noch einmal buchen.

Un bel hotel comodo e funzionale.
Pros:

Albergo accogliente ottime le tre ascensori velocissime, corridoi stile navi da crociera molto carini. La camera molto spaziosa e pulita, il bagno comodo con la vasca, avendo una bimba neonata è stato comodissimo, culla in camera pagata extra ma ci sta. Hotel bello, è presente anche una terrazza in ristrutturazione che sicuramente meriterà molto. Posizione comoda fuori dall'albergo mezzi sia per il centro che per il mare, un forno con persone gentilissime di fronte e a pochi metri un minimarket. In più in zona diversi ristoranti per la sera.

Cons:

Unico neo c'è una protezione plastificata del materasso che fa rumore ogni volta che ci si muove, veramente fastidioso, Io consiglierei un ramotto, come copri materasso che almeno non essendo plastificato non fa rumore e fa respirare meglio il materasso.

Pros:

Gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Ich hätte ausreichend fließendes Wasser in der Dusche erwartet. Lag vielleicht an Zimmer 625. Die Lage ist aus meiner Sicht sehr schlecht. Vom Hafen sind es 30 Minuten zu laufen und wer glaubt er fährt mit Linie 107 zum Hotel wartet nach meiner Erfahrung entweder lange oder der letzte Bus kommt garnicht. Die Angaben in Google Maps (alle 10 min) muss jemand geträumt haben.

A fair hotel
Pros:

Spacious room with good temperature control

Cons:

Constant droning noises during the night. Door knob to enter the room was extremely hard to turn so that I had to use both hands and grip extremely hard in order to try to open it
