Naturalmente non e' colpa di nessuno ma in piena notte e' saltato l'allarme anti incendio e siamo stati 1ora in strada al freddo

Dålig, blev väckt av brandlarm bägge nätterna, ingen ursäkt från hotellet.
Pros:

Nära till Picadilly och tunnelbanan.

Cons:

Brandlarmet gick bägge nätter vi var på hotellet. Första natten ca 01.00 , andra natten ca 03.30, då var större delen av gästerna i lobbyn och utomhus utan att personalen visste vad som var fel. Dålig service och troligen var detta pga dåligt underhåll av brandstation. Personalen gjorde inget för att lyfta eventuell kompensation alls.
Personalen kändes rätt ointresserad. Kommer aldrig bo på detta hotell igen. Det är inte 4stjärnor, kanske 2 på en bra dag.

Good location.
Pros:

We requested a walk in shower , as I’d had a knee replacement, but got allocated a room with a bath shower. Thankfully Malin sorted this out for us.

Cons:

The rooms were very poor, definitely need updating. This is not a 4 star hotel.

Perfect London spot to stay
Pros:

Great location for walking and catching subway all over London. Lovely restaurant attached and rooms comfortable

Pros:

Location is excellent and the staff were quite helpful.

Cons:

The first room had a nasty odor that made it seem unclean. The staff were extremely helpful in moving us, but the second room had a view of a brick wall, though was clean and larger. There was no in room safe.

Excellent location
Pros:

The location is great. Very central and walking distance to most theatres and shows

No fridge in the room and only pretend milk. It was a bit run down given the price I paid
