Great location.
Pros:

Location.
Lounge with free hot drinks.
Water and ice station on each floor.
Friendly and helpful reception staff.
Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Said in description they had snack vending machines - there wasn't any. Had a drink in the bar and they didn't have any snacks (crisps or nuts). Your options are having to go out of the hotel to buy some, or having something from the snack box in your room, which is very expensive.

We would definitely come back next time we are in London.
Pros:

Great location next to Trafalgar Sq. Nice perks like free coffee/expresso in lounge. Free laundry (just one set of washer/dryers… but generally available). Very helpful staff.

Cons:

During weekends, there is very loud music from the nearby sites.

London and club quarters certainly did not disappoint and I’d stay there again
Pros:

Central to the main sightseeing places. Hotel had an old world charm

Cons:

We were there for 6 days and There was only 1 small washing machine and dryer on level 3

Great. I am retruning.
Pros:

The Hotel Front desk staff, the housekeeping staff and all supporting staff. Unfailingy and sincerely pleasant and helpul. I could nit rate them more highly including the lovely general manager who addressed the problem I had below elegantly. The coffee room is great. The location is great. Th room was great value. Thanks to you all.

Cons:

I had problem with the breakfast mangement team. It was caused by the young woman manager who in my opinion is not good for - or representative - of your business. Unreasonable and escalating aggression all over wanting 2 cups of coffee instead the full breakfast we paid GBP 60 for. She let the side down badly but the rest of the team are just FANTASTIC.

Pros:

Hôtel central , à côté de tous les points d’intérêts pour découvrir Londres facilement.

Cons:

Dès l’entrée dans la chambre une forte odeur d’humidité présente.
Nous comprenons au bout de quelques minutes que la climatisation fuit et que la moquette est imbibée d’eau .
Nous aurons pendant toute la durée du séjour un déshumidificateur fonctionnant en permanence dans la chambre , seule solution trouvée par l’hôtel…
Chambre qui a fait son temps ( 840 ) , vis à vis d’autres hôtels de la marque sur Londres comme celui de la City par ex…
Pas de compensation comme un petit déjeuner offert ou un geste sur le tarif de la nuit ,

Could not get a digital key and for 24 hours i was promised by multiple messages that it will be solved as priority,but no one solved anything. We were greeted as if we disturbed the man's day and no one to help with suitcases. Aircon is rather an industrial fan which was extremely loud and running.nin stop despite auto regime.lights from the corridor under the door disturbed sleep.we were extremely hot but window were broken.overall, a proper facelift is needed. Place that has amazing facade and.that evidently has seen better times.
