Pros:

The location is great. Very central and walking distance to most theatres and shows

Cons:

No fridge in the room and only pretend milk. It was a bit run down given the price I paid

Excellent location
Pros:

Excellent location right next to Trafalgar Square, but not noisy or too busy. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.It was clean and the staff helpful and friendly. Plenty of sockets to plug in or charge devices, even beside the bed. Check out was 12.00 which is more generous than most hotels. Tea-making facilities, a fridge, and free water and ice in the corridor (so avoid drinking from the water bottle on the desk as it costs 5 pounds.)

Cons:

The breakfast was pretty poor. The hot food was lukewarm, and there was no provision for gluten and lactose-free food. The fan was rather loud.

Location was walkable to all city attractions, plus 1 block from the river. Beds were extremely comfortable, location was quiet and complimentar6y beverages were available. Restaurants nearby, hotel provided recommendations.
