Shower water plentiful on a hot day.

Cons:

My room window looked out on pipes and a wall of next building, extremely dark and depressing!
Expected better for price!
Very hot room even with blower fan on.
Tv screen rather large for width of room, especially if lying in bed!

Location was excellent

Cons:

Stay away from Original hop on hop off, they don't pick up, they have no room on the river cruises, no refunds and couldn't care less. Try city sightseeing or just Uber around as we wasted such a long day waiting over 45 minutes at the stops

The room you stay in should at least be similar to the one shown in the photos.
Pros:

Room was clean and location was central. Thats all.

Cons:

Even in the photos of the room we booked have city view and at last 2 windows, in our room there was only one with the view of another “wall”. Practically we stayed in a room surrounded by walls on all four sides.

Excellent hotel for a good family vacation.
Pros:

Overall hotel was better then expectation. Rooms were just the right size. Best thing about the hotel is the staff. Very friendly, Supportive and caring, especially Nalin. Cleanliness has full points. Special thanks to the lady who does the cleaning on 5th floor.

Cons:

Sometimes you can hear noise from outside. But that’s tolerable and location compensates it big time .

Outstanding Hospitality and a Great Experience
Pros:

Perfect location for a family visiting London. Hotel staff right from check in to check out have been fantastic. Nalin was not only very professional but also supportive and courteous. Another important factor about CQ Trafalgar is its cleanliness. Rooms are always clean and tidy whenever we came back in the evening. It was a wonderful experience visiting London and CQ made it special.

Comfortable, good position in need of few repairs.
Pros:

The location for the west end and Covent Garden etc was perfect. It was quiet and comfortable. The bed and pillows were really comfortable and felt luxurious.

Cons:

The air conditioning was extremely noisy and old, not really effective. We had to have the TV on full volume to hear over the noisy aid con. The hotel entry is stunning, the bedroom/bathroom were a little tired and just needed some small repairs to make a huge difference.
The tea and coffee facilities were adequate but they could do with a dedicated space, you needed to move the kettle or coffee machine to plug them in and then they were sat in front of the TV.

La atención del personal de recepción, no fueron amables. I intentaron serlo además no puedo comprender que un internacional en una ciudad como Londres no disponga de un solo empleado que hable castellano y las personas que nos atendieron fueron varias.. además no hicieron la mínima intención de hacerse entender mejor ya que nuestro inglés no era muy fluido.
Además las instalaciones se han quedado obsoletas, están tan antiguas como hace cuatro años que fue la última vez que nos quedamos en este hotel. Pagamos una habitación triple y siendo una suite la tercera persona durmió en un sofá cama que tenía un colchón malísimo y finísimo que no permitía descansar sin tener en cuenta el ruido que también hacía..
