Pros:

Localização ótimo, quarto confortável.

Cons:

Os funcionários infelizmente nao demonstraram nenhuma empatia pois tínhamos uma excursão marcada e saímos do hotel
Antes do café da manhã que estava pago. Solicitamos uma lunch box e eles não nos deram apoio. Já outros 2 funcionários foram ótimos para resolver o problema do táxi um deles até saindo à rua e chamando um , mas houve um certo descaso .

Cons:

Los habitaciones, muy cansados y y también tienen problemas con aire acondicionado. Por esos precios hay hoteles mejores en Londres.

Old and dated but ultimately decent value for money
Pros:

It’s in a great location, and decent price for central London.
Beds were comfortable.
Lounge area is nice and good to relax after a hard day at the office or sightseeing.

Cons:

It’s very dated - rooms need an overhaul, especially the bathrooms. That said - it would likely be way more expensive if the quality was higher so probably fair value overall.

Everything else was great.
Pros:

Great dining room with great breakfast.

Cons:

There is no bellman. When you get your luggage out of the cab, there are four or five steps up from the street to the hotel level. There is no acknowledgement that you are present. The luggage is your problem. I asked if we could use the small lift that is beside the stairs, but was advised that was just for disabled guests, still no help after a long flight.

A real find, excellent location.
Pros:

Club Quarters Trafalgar Square was a real find. I stayed for one night on business and was so impressed that I added a second night for personal time.

The location is excellent, with Trafalgar Square, Whitehall, the West End and the river all within easy walking distance. It made getting around London very straightforward, while still feeling calm and comfortable once back at the hotel.

The room was well set up for a business stay, clean, quiet and practical, with everything I needed. The overall experience felt efficient without being impersonal, and the hotel had a relaxed, welcoming feel.

It worked perfectly for business, but was also a great base for enjoying London afterwards. I would happily stay again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a central, reliable and comfortable hotel.

Great hotel at a very practical location
Pros:

Club Quarters at Trafalgar Square was a great experience. Very comfortable room, very thoughtful and friendly staff. We absolutely love the coffee maker down in the living room and we hung out in the living room and enjoyed our coffee every day! It’s comfortable and a terrific location. Amira was so helpful at the desk. Thanks Club Quarters!

Best hotel for central London
Pros:

For me this is the go to place for some years now. The hotel is located centrally around all attractions and neighborhoods you want to see and go to. Subway just meters away. Hotel is great, nice and clean rooms with excellent service by the fantastic staff.

Pros:

Wow! Stunning property! Ever better than the walls are the employees. Shout out to my guy Nalin who was patient with me every step of the way. I am a cranky person especially after flying internationally and he welcomed me and my girlfriend with open arms. Well done Nalin!

Perfect place to stay in London
Pros:

The perfect location for a trip to London. The hotel is beautiful and has the most wonderful staff. Nalin went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and took such good care of us when we arrived several hours before our check in time. He took care of our baggage and brought us to the lounge for a nice cappuccino. Throughout the morning he checked in on us to make sure we were doing ok. Highly recommend this hotel for the perfect vacation!
