This hotel is exceptionally clean, strategically located on the waterfront, and conveniently accessible to all shopping areas. The staff was courteous, helpful, and exceptionally kind. The hot breakfast was sufficient enough to hold my family until midday. I highly recommend this hotel for families seeking a tranquil retreat with picturesque walking paths to the Welland River and a three-minute drive to the shopping areas, as well as a twenty-minute drive to Niagara Falls.
The staff and cleanliness were excellent! We couldn't have asked for better. It matched the level the last time we visited two years ago. The morning breakfast was well stocked.
We were there for a triathlon - they were extremely accommodating providing breakfast earlier than their scheduled time. Staff were all incredibly helpful. Great location for the event - short cycle on path to the Welland international water centre - no roads.

We had a suite with a kitchen. But all the pots and pans were extra. There was no kettle you had to ask for one.
Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, large room, location next to canal recreationsl trail, free breakfast Hotel was clean and plenty of parking.
