Une pause très agréable d’une nuit en pays basque.
Pros:

- L’accueil souriant et charmant de tout le personnel, àl’image du directeur très présent et attentionné.
-Les attentions spéciales pour les enfants.
- La décoration moderne et colorée des parties communes très conviviales.
- La fontaine d’eau aux étages.
- Le choix des cocktails délicieux .
- Le buffet exceptionnellement varié
du petit-déjeuner avec de délicieux produits frais pouvant régaler à profusion les papilles sucrées ou salées .

Good hotel to relax after a flight or before, ool a bonas clean and pleasant staff is a bit expense

Pool nice and shuttle service is needed and a welcome bonas early check in was a bonas as well, enjoyed our stay.

Muy buen servicio de restauración, super rápido y rico.

Cons:

El personal del hotel, restaurante, recepción, todos eran bastante estresados. Prestaban un buen servicio siempre, pero se notaba que estaban trabajando bajo fuerte estrés. Si fuera yo el director del hotel lo investigaría seguro.

Estupendo alojamiento para visitar Biarritz.
Pros:

El hotel es estupendo para visitar Biarritz, alejado del centro pero con transporte ágil y frecuente. Zona tranquila con tiendas cercanas y cómodo también para ir a la playa de Anglet.
La habitación muy amplia, confortable y con todas las comodidades. Sentimos no tener tiempo de disfrutar la piscina y wellness. El personal muy atento y amable en todo momento.
El parking gratuito es un punto muy favor.

Nada que comentar, todo estupendo.

Très bon rapport qualité prix.
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal : à deux pas de Biarritz et tout près de Bayonne, avec un accès très rapide en transports en commun. Il est également possible de laisser sa voiture gratuitement sur le parking de l’hôtel, ce qui est un vrai plus.

Le personnel de l’hôtel est très accueillant et sympathique, et le petit déjeuner est de qualité.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
