notre chambre était plutôt bien , le petit déjeuner très agréable et une belle télévision

Cons:

nous avons trouvé regrettable qu'il n'y ai pas de prise électrique dans la salle de bain car vos sèche cheveux ne sont pas adaptés à tous les cheveux . D'autre part des cheveux dans le lavabo en arrivant dans la chambre ce n'est pas plaisant . Quant au restaurant il nous a semblé diner à la cantine . Hôtel 4 étoiles je les ai cherché , personnel dépassé qui amène les boissons en fin de repas , table bancale , aucune présentation de table , une salade verte dans mon assiette qui était abimée, les frites étaient froides et je ne vous parle même pas de l'odeur pestilentielle d'une employée qui avait du oublié de se laver ou d'utiliser du déodorant . Diner avec une telle odeur était très désagréable . Je réitère ou sont les 4 étoiles . Très déçus . Ayant séjourner au pullman de Marignane qui a 4 étoiles aussi et qui fait parti du même groupe accor la différence est colossale

Great for a stopover on the motorway. Clean, easy to reach with good parking.

A bit odd to wait for more than 5 minutes for someone to show up at reception without a bell to call someone. Had to phone the hotel for someone to come.

Absolutely unacceptable to have electric car charging facilities at a hotel, where you have to pay per minute. Of course we want to charge overnight at a hotel!!!

How come a restaurant in a 4* hotel in France, the motherland of cuisine, is unable to cook (the very expensive) pasta without overcooking it to a rubbery mush? The other meals were fine, but the easiest of all, the pasta, was inaccaptable.

English speaking proficiency of the staff in a 4* hotel was insufficient, even by French standards.

Bien en soirée étape.
Pros:

La proximité de l’autoroute. Restauration possible sur place.

Cons:

Salle de bain vieillissante. Le réceptionniste masculin a l’arrivée pas très agréable. Le bavardage incessant des 2 réceptionnistes le soir : assez gênant lorsqu’on est dans le salon en face.

La localisation de l'hôtel.

Cons:

Le manque de propriété tant dans la chambre (poussière, toile d'araignée et très forte odeur de moisi dans la chambre) que dans le restaurant (de le poussière sur les lustres et aux coins des murs d'énormes toiles d'araignées).
