Pros:

Relaxed pool area
Friendly staff

Cons:

The television turned out to be more of an ad venue for the hotel than actually allowing us to watch what we wanted. Very complicated

We really like the town. Novo Gaia/Porto are just beautiful!
Pros:

The hotel was good in general. I think the staff was exceptional and did everything they could to accommodate the guests.

Cons:

Pool was not heated and too cold to swim. Also, the AC did not cool off the rooms and had to open windows for fresh air and mosquitos.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Bequeme Betten. Gutes Frühstück. Kostenloses Parken.

Cons:

Zimmer sind halt schon etwas älter. Duschen in der Badewanne. Aber wie gesagt: absolut sauber.

A localização e facilidade de estacionamento da viatura

Cons:

A banheira da casa de banho. É alta e de difícil acesso para quem seja mais idoso e tenha dificuldade de mobilidade

It was good overall, would stay here again
Pros:

Nice and clean. Staff really sweet and attentive. Comfortable bed, cozy bedroom.

Cons:

I was expecting more for a 4 star hotel. I thought it had breakfast included but you have to pay 16€ when you check in or 17€ if you only decide to have it on the spot. I paid for it and the natural orange juice was definitely not natural and the choices weren’t many for vegans/vegetarians but not even for meat eaters dare I say, at least not enough for the amount you pay for.
