Great location for travelling to French harbours or south - 1 km from motorway

The reception, bar and restaurant area is open, airy and very comfortable and sleek. Nice welcome from the check-in staff, easy check-in. Service personnel very friendly. Breakfast was excellent and value for money. Wide selection for everyone's food needs. The restaurant menu is varied, food is ok (would not win master chef) The location of hotel is excellent less than 1 km from the motorway, no need to drive into Auxerre. Parking infront of the rooms. Good bath room and shower. Personal negative is that the hall ways and rooms are fitted with carpet, poor interior room design, poor lighting, very dark, which I never understand.

Personnel très sympathique, mais hôtel vieillissant et équipements encore plus vieillissant

Le personnel très accueillant et efficace. Nous avons fait un stop rapide lors de notre long voyage.

Cons:

L’hôtel est vraiment vieux. Et n’est pas à la hauteur d’un standing attendu pour un mercure.
La chambre était vieillissante, la moquette provoque des allergies.
Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel

Le petit déjeuner est très complet. Les pains et brioches sont de qualité et il y a des options pour les intolérants au lactose.

Le restaurant est également bien. Les plats sont maison et locaux.
