Ein sehr angenehmer Zwischenstopp mit freundlicher Bedienung.
Pros:

Eignet sich sehr gut für einen Zwischenstopp auf einer längeren Reise.
Die Zimmer befinden sich ebenerdig und man hat das Auto ein Paar Schritte entfernt.
Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und gut.
Das Restaurant ist sehr gut und hat eine genügende Auswahl an Menues um am Abend etwas zu essen das nicht Hamburger und Co ist.

Voyageant beaucoup, je n'ai jamais vu un hôtel si loin de son classement 4 étoiles, une catastrophe.

L'accueil au restaurant était d'une froideur incomparable et les 2 pièces de viandes de très mauvaises qualité regorgeant de nerfs...

Petit-déjeuner à 7h45, aucune table n'est débarrassée, obligation de manger dehors sur une table non dressée....
La machine à café est sale.

Quand à la chambre : le nettoyage et le ré-assortiment du linge devait certainement être en option.

Il me semblait aussi qu'un surmatelas était obligatoire dans un 4 étoiles afin de ne pas se retrouver bloquer entre les 2 petits lits collés...

Mon séjour a duré 3 jours et pas d'amélioration.... Pour moi Mercure était un synonyme de qualité, visiblement le niveau d'exigence de cette marque à bien baissé !

The reception, bar and restaurant area is open, airy and very comfortable and sleek. Nice welcome from the check-in staff, easy check-in. Service personnel very friendly. Breakfast was excellent and value for money. Wide selection for everyone's food needs. The restaurant menu is varied, food is ok (would not win master chef) The location of hotel is excellent less than 1 km from the motorway, no need to drive into Auxerre. Parking infront of the rooms. Good bath room and shower. Personal negative is that the hall ways and rooms are fitted with carpet, poor interior room design, poor lighting, very dark, which I never understand.
