Very good, I would highly recommend.
Pros:

The room was great, as were the staff and facilities. Air conditioning was great. Access to water fountains was very much appreciated. Food and pool access were all good, and the spa was lovely.

Cons:

My bathroom door was broken and didn't close properly, and the staff forgot to put my room down for cleaning each day. But neither of those things impacted my stay much at all.

We wish we could have stayed longer ⭐
Pros:

We are a family of four from Denmark travelling through France on a four-week road trip, always looking for comfortable hotels that combine quality, relaxation and a family-friendly atmosphere.

We originally hoped to stay here for two nights while exploring Annecy, but unfortunately the hotel was only available for one night. After our stay, we completely understand why it is so popular 🌟

Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. Our family room was spacious and thoughtfully designed, with a separate sleeping area for the children, giving everyone a little extra privacy. Small touches such as bathrobes in the bathroom made the stay feel even more comfortable, and the room was beautifully presented.

Another highlight was the pool. We had it entirely to ourselves, which felt like pure luxury after a day of sightseeing around Annecy. It was the perfect place to relax, and our children absolutely loved it.

The only improvement we can mention is that the hotel was surprisingly difficult to find, even with GPS. Clearer signage would make arrival much easier.

Overall, this was one of our favourite hotels during our road trip through France. We genuinely wish we had been able to stay longer, and we would not hesitate to book this hotel again on a future visit to Annecy.

Entspanntes Hotel mit Pool und super Mitarbeiter!!

Die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr aufmerksam, vorallem die junge Dame mit den Locken und der junge Herr am Samstag Nachmittag! Alle sehr hilfsbereit und gut gelaunt! Das Bett war sehr bequem!! Klimaanlage perfekt eingestellt, direkte abkühlung im Zimmer bei 39 grad draussen… Wir durften den Pool vor dem Check in nutzen, perfekt!

Cons:

Diese Eingangstüre für die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss wurde immer zugeknallt.. evtl mit einem Senor oder so versehen? damit sie selbst auf und zu geht! Und die Zimmerkarte/ Schloss, war nicht angeschrieben, dass mamn die Karte schnell rein und raus schieben muss. Entweder anderes System oder Erklärung an der Zimmertüre!

This is not a 4* hotel
Pros:

The breakfast exceeded our expectations.

Cons:

The location was really hard to find and didn't feel safe, not to mention not-nice at all.
The hotel facade looks like a temporary accommodation for construction workers (almost as if it's made out of shipping containers). Room amenities were ok, but the room was not too clean and the lobby area looked dated. Quite a disappointment after a beautiful day at Annecy lake.

Der Pool ist für die Größe des Hotels viel zu klein. Keine Möglichkeit an einer Liege zu kommen . Alles besetzt!

Didn't meet my expectations
Pros:

We booked the luxurious room with its own hot tub which was really special. The bed was extremely comfy & the dressing gowns very lovely & fuffy

Cons:

We only booked for 2 nights to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, wouldn't normally spend this much so was expecting extremely good value for money. We paid extra for breakfast which was shocking! Hardly anything to choose from. We had access to the spa included in our room cost. We booked the time slot we wanted & went into the spa to find it so busy we couldn't get a lounger! We we're only given paper cups in the room. So although we had the hot tub nothing else about the room was exceptional.
