Pros:

Chambre très fonctionnelle, bien équipée, Clim efficace, bonne literie. Bon petit déjeuner, vaste choix. Personnel aimable. Possibilite de refuser le ménage une ou plusieurs journée, au choix du client, au profit d’une association qui reçoit ainsi un crédit financier.

Cons:

Un peu loin du centre ville, mais on le sait en réservant…

A good stop over hotel within 30 mins walk of old Annecy
Pros:

The room was comfortable and the secure car park was big enough for my car and trailer. It was a half hour walk into old Annecy with plenty of restaurants. Although we were only meant to breakfast with our dog on the terrace, as it had rained the staff were happy to have her in the breakfast area.

Cons:

When we were there the restaurant was not open in the evening and there were no good dining options on the door step.

Pros:

Great staff and great facilities, nothing was to much trouble for the staff and the terrace outside was a lovely

Het personeel was totaal niet vriendelijk en was helemaal niet opgeleid. Om 9.15 was er al helemaal niets meer van brood, dus geen ontbijt.
We konden niet buiten ontbijten omdat het personeel te lui was om de vuile tafels af te wassen en klaar te zetten.
Ik vraag mij echt af hoe zo een hotel aan vier sterren komt, twee was meer dan genoeg geweest:
