Nous avions fait le choix de cet hôtel pour la piscine mais elle est à l’extérieur et n’est pas chauffée du coup nous n’

Le massage c’était vraiment top.

L’emplacement : nous n’étions pas véhiculé, du coup obligé de fonctionner avec les Uber car l’arrêt bus qui dessert l’hôtel n’est pas proche

Nous avons passé deux nuits exceptionnelles à l’hôtel Mercure Annecy Sud pour célébrer nos 12 ans de mariage.
L’établissement est magnifique, très bien entretenu, et tout le personnel est d’un grand professionnalisme. Le petit déjeuner est également excellent, rien à redire, tout était parfait du début à la fin.
Je tiens à adresser une mention toute particulière à Lisa, qui s’est occupée de notre réservation et de la décoration de la chambre pour cette belle occasion. Elle a été tout simplement formidable : très gentille, à l’écoute, attentionnée, et surtout très impliquée pour que notre séjour se déroule dans les meilleures conditions.
Grâce à elle, cette expérience restera inoubliable. Des profils comme Lisa sont rares et méritent d’être valorisés, car ils font toute la différence dans un établissement.
Un grand merci à toute l’équipe, nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation !

Cons:

Chambre sale, pas d’eau chaude, ni de pression pour se doucher, télé même pas branché. Le soir pour rentrer à l’hôtel, j’ai dû attendre une demi-heure devant le portail a sonné car personne m’ouvrait.

SPA très agréable
Restaurant : plats délicieux / serveur attentionné

Cons:

- Problème d’entretien sur le réseaux d’eau, nous n’avons pas pu nous rincer à notre aise après le spa et l’eau chaude n’est revenu que tard le soir… nous aurions apprécié un geste commercial voire une proposition de changement de chambre de la part du personnel pas suffisamment réactif sur ce point
- il manquait un certain nombres de plats proposés au départ à la carte
