Enorm støy på rommet fra vifter ute og på rommet . Det var ikke aircondition på rommet noe som gjorde det varme

Cons:

Los colchones de las habitaciones eran muy incómodos y eso que me dieron otra habitación ya que la que tenía asignada era imposible dormir debido al estado de los colchones ya muy antiguos y almohadas.

Bra val för centrum vistelse i Andorra
Pros:

Perfekt läge. Nära till centrum, mycket liv i omgivningen. Bra mat utbud för frukost i alla fall

Cons:

Ljud i dusch avlopp, det lät som stopp i dränering. Parkeringsplats kan vara svårt att få tag ibland

Hotel con encanto
Pros:

El trato del personal excelente, muy atentos en todo momento. La limpieza impecable, la ubicación también muy bien, a 5 min andando del reloj y de la calle principal de Andorra. La piscina, zona spa y el Chiki park es un plus.

Cons:

Quizás modernizarlo un poco, se nota el paso del tiempo. Y por favor, cambiar las almohadas, demasiado duras, de despiertas con el cuello rígido.

Mala relación con personal de recepcion

Cons:

Que el secador no funcionara y después de ducharnos con el pelo mojado nos dijeran que por protocolo de la empresa teníamos que bajar nosotros a por uno de sustitución.

Pros:

Hemos repetido la estancia porque la primera vez nos encantó la ubicación y los servicios que ofrece. Esta vez también reservamos el desayuno y fue todo un acierto. Mucha variedad y todo buenísimo.

En general es un hotel estupendo,con instalaciones geniales,camas cómodas, nuestra habitación no se escuchaba nada de ruido.Lo que más me a gustado a sido el spa estaba genial.Y el desayuno buffet completo
