la ubicación es inmejorable. El trato del personal perfecto. Me gustó mucho el desayuno.

Cons:

No hay enchufes al lado de las cabeceras de las camas. Hoy en día, tenemos que cargar los móviles, y hay que agacharse y dejar en el suelo o en una silla el móvil para cargarlo. Los enchufes están muy bajos y mal ubicados, en mi opinión. Creo también que el spa ha perdido un poco su finalidad, al haber bastantes familias con niños, que no lo utilizan correctamente. Aun así disfrutamos un buen rato.

Hotel de calidad con buena relacion calidad/precio en el mismo centro de Andorra la Vella
Pros:

Desayuno buffet excelente, piscina interior muy bien, mucha gente pero bien. Lástima que en otras ocasiones, creo que reservando por Prestigi Hotels o por Accor, te dan un bono para una copa de bienvenida y con Booking dicen que no la dan. Parking perfecto, es bajo el Novotel pero la salida peatonal es a la puerta del Mercure. La ubicación para ir a ver el Cirque du Soleil es ideal. Repetiremos.

Cons:

Todo estuvo bien, no tenemos ninguna queja. Incluso la habitación nos la dieron antes de la hora del checkin porque ya estaban listas.

Cons:

Ens van donar una habitacio que tenia un aire condicionat que gotejava aigua , no l’engegavem per no posar la moqueta mes plena d’aigua del que ja tenia, ho vam comunicar a recepció dos vegades i no el van arreglar i quan obries la porta feia olor a humitat ………i no ens van dir res . En fi ha perdut l’encant .

Cons:

Kamer zeeeer verouderd. Douchegordijn is niet van deze tijd, airco lekt , zeep douche was leeg. Stoombad brokken vielen van plafond , schimmel .zwembad boord waren zeer vuil. Ontbijt matig qua kwaliteit .
