Blåsta på frukosten, trots betalning för det, pga felaktig info från personal, eller bara okunnig personal. De är tysta trots 2 kontaktförsök. Riktigt dålig policy!!

El precio, la limpieza i la ubicacion. El spa dentro del precio.

Cons:

Vengo todos los años, i me molesta que en el spa siempre haya algo que no funciona. Un año un jacuzzi. Otro varias fuentes. Y esta ultima vez no iban casi todas las fuentes i el gran chorro de agua.

Cons:

Die Öffnungszeiten des Pools: 7.00 - 13.30 und dann ab 17.00 - 22.00. Das erinnert doch sehr an sozialistische Zeiten, denn an ein Urlaubsressort.
Das Service Personal glänzt nicht durch Freundlichkeit (aber das ist anscheinend der Stil der Andorraner, habe ich gehört)

Todo. Cuando fuimos solo tenian una habitacion doble y como teniamos dos habitaciones nos dieron una de doble y una de triple.

Hotel muy céntrico.
Pros:

El desayuno es muy caro comparado con el menú diario de 20 euros. La comida excelente relación calidad precio. Habitaciones amplias y limpias, así como todo el hotel desde que entras hasta los pasillos de acceso a las habitaciones. Spa incluido en el precio estancia.

Cons:

Desayuno caro, parking muy caro, menú fin de semana también muy caro.

L emplacement central est idéal pour aller et venir dans la ville . Petit déjeuner

Le décalage entre ce que l on espère de Mercure et ce que l on a qui se nomme Mercure. Façade ,entrée 2020 mais le reste est un voyage dans les années 90 .boiseries vernies ,moquettes !! Salle de bain réservée aux moins de 85 kilos.couloirs de type .Shinning’. Flippant. Salle à manger de mes grands parents.
Nous avons séjournes au novotel voisin ,cet un choc générationnel.
J ai commis une erreur de réservation ,je me suis trompé d une semaine. Le personnel a eu une réponse très administrative sans compassion ,voyez
Avec booking ,quand on aura leur mail on verra si on peut vous trouver une chambre. Hôtel non rempli . Une heure plus tard on nous a fais comprendre que c était possible ,on avait une chambre ,plus chère bien sûr. Personnel pas souriant,qui ne vous salue pas quand vous passer dans le hall . Quelle expérience.
Tout ce qu on déteste dans l hôtellerie réuni dans une seule adresse ,qui vis avec la réputation du passé. À ÉVITER.
