Miły i pomocny personel
Spanie na ceratach pod prześcieradłami. Traktowanie gości, jak żuli sikających pod siebie. Nie wyspałam się i czuję głęboki wstyd. Rozumiem gdyby to był przytułek dla bezdomnych czy hostel.
Trudno mi sobie wyobrazić, co na ten temat myślą obcokrajowcy, albo może tylko dla Polaków są ceraty na łóżkach. Nie wiem.

Obsługa w recepcji na najwyższym poziomie: personel bardzo przyjazny, miły i kompetentny.
Byliśmy z 7 letnim dzieckiem i dużą atrakcją okazał się basen zewnętrzny. Mieliśmy również zapewnioną taksówkę na lotnisko opłaconą przez hotel ☺️
The hotel is located very near to Airport of Warsaw (about 2-3 km away from terminal). Also hotel provided us with a complimentary transfer to Airport after check-out. At the lobby there was a cozy play room for babies. Hotel has an internal yard with small playground for kids as well as open-sky swimming pool.
Breakfast offers big variety of local and international dishes.

Room was according to photos. Although it is too tight for 2 adults and 2 kids.

Materac - zdecydowanie zbyt miękki. W hotelu tej klasy oczekiwałem materaca o co najmniej standardowej wygodzie.
