Location of the hotel is very convenient, it's only 10-15 min drive to the airport. Rooms are modern, nice and clean. Love the bathroom with huuuge shower and amazing cosmetics from Rituals.
We had some trouble with big group of teenagers, that decided to make a party in a room above our head. Lady from the Rexeption Natalia was very helpful and she managed find they guardians and tsort out the situation.
We had multiple stays in this hotel and the team is always very professional, helpful and kind!Thank you!
Small fridge in the room was not cooling.

Mali sme problém s raňajkami. Pri príchode sme zapaltili za raňajky počas celého pobytu. V strede pobytu sme sa informovali, či máme raňajky zaplatené na celý pobyt aj v deň odchodu, dostali sme odpoveď, že je všetko v poriadku. Pri checkout-e nás zastavil recepčný, že máme neuhradené raňajky. Zároveň by som očakával v takomto hoteli, že hygienické potreby sú samozrejmosťou, nielen sprchovy gel a mydlo….
Hotel ogólnie ok.
Duży plus za Super śniadania ( duży wybór, obsługa na bieżąco uzupełnia do samego końca dnia), basen, lounge bar. Pokój czysty.

Pomimo zamówienia pokoju dla 3 osób ( w tym dziecko 13 lat ) przygotowany był dla 2 osób ( brak kubka, szklanki a co najważniejsze ręczników). Po zgłoszeniu zostało to uzupełnione. I nie wiem czy to się stosuje w tym hotelu ale bywałam w innych i przynajmniej codziennie były opróżniane śmietniki, uzupełniana woda w pokoju lub choćby kapcie na zmianę. Tego tutaj mi brakło.
Холелът е на страхотно място. На 2 митути от спирка на градския транспорт, от кэдето може да се стигне навсякъди и само та 11 минути от летище Шопен.
Шезлонзите около бакейна са много малко. Но най-неприятното беше, че за 4 нощувки нито веднъж не влязоха да почистят стаята и да изхвърлят кошчето за боклук.
Хотелът е на страхотно място. Има много развлечетия за деца.
За четири нощувки нито веднъж не почистиха стаята.
Podobał mi się basen, był dużym plusem pobytu i można było przyjemnie spędzić tam czas.
Niestety klimatyzacja w pokoju nie działała. Problem zgłosiłem, ale na serwisanta musiałem czekać aż do następnego dnia. Później zaproponowano mi zmianę pokoju, jednak ostatecznie stwierdzono, że w drugim pokoju klimatyzacja również nie będzie działać. Przy wysokich temperaturach było to bardzo uciążliwe i zdecydowanie obniżyło komfort pobytu
Proximity to airport and easy access to and from. Really comfortable beds and clean rooms, best service from the helping staff. Lovely garden. Amazing food in the restaurant.
A bit hard to communicate at reception, but they are nice and helpful.

W Novotelu Centrum wszystko bylo gotowe a tutaj dzieci musiały robić siebie same Pancakes i soki , pieczywo ludzie brali dotykali rękami bo nie było szczypcy . W pokoju nawet butelki wody , dzieci nie dostały po raz pierwszy maskotek . Jesteśmy rozczarowani
