Faltaram coisas simples, somente

Localização, espaço (áreas amplas). Vista da cidade.

Cons:

Iluminação no quarto. Escuro demais durante a noite, difícil para trabalhar / ler ou fazer um lanche caso queira. Não tem uma luz mais forte no teto como opção, só luminárias fracas.
A TV do quarto era antiga e não tem como utilizar serviços de streaming.
