Des réserves ont été émises et peut être Novotel nous proposera une compensation pour ces désagréments !!

L’emplacement , la chambre

Cons:

Le fait que sur 3 jours de présence , on ai eu des travaux à 8 heures du matin même le dimanche ce qui est inadmissible et surtout sans compensation commerciale car on ne peut plus dormir ; nous sommes désolés mais on doit nous prévenir et surtout faire cela les jours de semaine après 10 h du matin à minima !
d’autre part l’espace spa n’est plus comme auparavant sachant que les enfants ne devraient pas être autorisé dans les jacuzzi ;

Buen hotel con excelente ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente.

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó fue que a las 8:30 de la mañana se pongan a hacer obras en las habitaciones de al lado y te digan que al día siguiente no habrá más obras y nuevamente a la misma hora a darle con el martillo.

Cons:

De airco was uit bij 30 graden, na een hoop gesoebat overwogen we om te vertrekken, echter toen deed men in het hele hotel de airco aan.
