Spa masificado
Pros:

La ubicación es buena, en zona céntrica.

Cons:

Tenia spa, pero en otro hotel de al lado, lleno de niños barullo y masificado.elegimos el hotel por el spa y ni lo pisamos.
Las ventanas no.se abren, por lo que no se puede airear la habitación. Cama supletoria incómoda.

Pros:

Trevligt hotell i perfekt läge i Andorra. Bra frukost och tillgång till spa på hotellet bredvid var ett plus för oss.
Lätt att parkera i hotellets eget garage.

Me esperaba mas
Pros:

El bufet, por decir algo, muy poca comida y variedad no había nadie y estábamos solos. Seguro que Hera por eso

Cons:

No me gustó nada la habitación, muy antigua y pasada de moda. Nada que ver con las fotos que sale en el anuncio. El aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido.

A very disappointing stay. The family had booked a junior suite for 7 nights, but we chose to leave the hotel after 4 ni

We were assigned three different rooms, all with significant deficiencies.
The first room we were assigned had air conditioning that didn’t work. In the second room we have been given, there is a strong smell of mold and visible signs of water damage on the ceiling.
The third room we were assigned had an air conditioning unit that was very noisy. Even with earplugs, it disrupted our sleep.

It was quite sad that being a hotel we couldn’t easily get a coffee before breakfast - which only started from 7.30am! Drinking water was not available either. This is the Novotel! We expected more. One night we were having dinner in the restaurant & I asked for a coffee after the meal from the waiter & he just ‘told’ me order in the bar - why couldn’t he order for me, they got me a beer earlier - very dissapointed with his lazy atitude - he was not busy at all.
Also, the gym & pool was not available/open until 9.45am! Not what we wanted - had to run around the park!
