Gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal, aber Pool geschlossen.
Pros:

Der Service an der Rezeption, im Restaurant und an der Bar war freundlich und professionell. Die Verständigung in englischer Sprache war an der Rezeption problemlos möglich.

Cons:

Wir hatten bewusst ein Hotel mit einem Außenpool gebucht, da wir den Kindern auf der langen Rückfahrt von unserem französischen Aufenthaltsort die Möglichkeit zur Bewegung und zum Schwimmen geben wollten. Der Pool war allerdings wegen Wartungsarbeiten geschlossen und es wurde auch keinerlei Alternative/Kompensation angeboten.

Personeel loopt bh loos rond. Dat zijn we niet gewend in Nederland

V friendly staff, good location, decent menu.

Cons:

The decor is pretty tired. Lift broken. Vinyl floor styles in parts of the stairway covering up worn carpet.

Overall a good stay!
Pros:

I understand the not so good reviews as I agree the hotel could do with updating, however, it was clean and relatively comfortable and we had enough space. The staff were friendly and helpful which really made the stay excellent. We had dinner in the restaurant which was very good, it's a nice big open space and again very clean. Our room was big enough for our older son to sleep on the sofabed and we still had room for the travel cot for our baby.

Cons:

The beds were a little uncomfortable.

Good value for money.
Pros:

This was our stop-over hotel on our drive back home after our holiday and it was a good stay, it did what it was supposed to. The kids loved breakfast with the little pans to bake their own eggs. Good value for money overall though.
Have dinner at Volfoni, best pizza we have EVER had.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit dated and needs a bit of love, it kind of smells like an old hotel.
The pool looks bigger in the pictures on the site

Echt een topontbijt
Pros:

Het ontbijt was echt geweldig! Vers, lekker en voldoende keuze. Voor het ontbijt alleen al zou ik zeker nog eens teruggaan. Ik hoorde van een ander gezin dat ze er ook hebben gedineerd en dat was ook uitstekend.
Op de kamers heb je geen geluidenlast van andere kamers en er zit een fijn bad in (voor de kids) de badkamer.

Cons:

Het is een onverwarmd zwembad (is niet zoooo erg, maar dat viel ons gezin wel even tegen 😂) en de ventilatie op de kamer staat de hele nacht door te blazen. Het is echt een hotel voor een doorreis, zo langs de snelweg, langer dan 1 nacht wil je niet blijven. Behalve voor t ontbijt dan 🤪
