Great stay!
Pros:

Great value, excellent staff. Had a great stay!

Cons:

Wasn't enough towels in the room, but we went to the front desk and they got them right away for us!

It was good till we found the mold, and realized wee were breathing it In for 2 night without knowing.
Pros:

I liked the price and location.

Cons:

The the air conditioning vent had huge peices of mold in it, and my fiancé has asthma, so it was a huge health concern, and so did the shower. And bed had stain, and it was dirty behind beds. And booking. Com and Microtel both said I would get a refund for two nights totaling like 159$ and some change. But they have yet to give me any type of refund. And I am contemplating legal action if I don’t get it back.

We left and went home in the middle of the night.
Pros:

Location. Outside was nice.

Cons:

The smell was awful. Smelled strongly of marajuana in the hallways. So bad I couldn’t breathe thru my nose. The room was SO fragrant- overkill. The shampoo in the bathroom was almost empty. One of the towels had a stain on it. We ended up leaving at 2am.

When we arrived for check-in no one was at the front desk so I had to find someone to get checked in. Then the staff was not very friendly more like it was a hassle to deal with me. Then I get to my room and it doesn't smell fresh at all and the floor didn't feel like it had been cleaned. Then I realized that instead of a 1 king bed room the moved me to a 2 bed room and the beds seemed to small for me and my spouse. I went to speak with the desk clerk and had to get her attention after standing there for several minutes because she was either asleep or on her phone not sure which one. She then tells me that her manager said to move us to the room that we had and that what we booked was not available. The breakfast was a 3 out of 10 it was the same thing every morning. My TV did not work In my room I had to fix it myself. Also my room door would not latch when closing I had to really jiggle the handle/ latch and slam the door to get it to lock. Also we had a family of kids in the room above us that sounded like they where moving furniture from about 6am - 11pm everyday. We had to hunt down the cleaning staff for towels and wash rags soaps and shampoo as none of this was provided at arrival. Overall cleanliness of hotel was about a 3-10 it is outdated and in need of desperate repairs. Not satisfied with my stay at all the reviews and stars of this hotel was not accurate at all. I would love for my money to be reimbursed or comped another stay

It was okay.
Pros:

Close to the beach and downtown

Cons:

We stayed at this location in 2025, it was clean. This year 2026 we killed about 3 roaches in our room and there was a dead one in the bathtub. We got there on a Wednesday and by the weekend the hallways smelled like weed. Smoke your weed but do it outside so others don’t have to smell it. The room next to us was up until 3am making all kinds of noise. I will rethink where we stay next year.

Won’t be back
Pros:

Easy to navigate in

Cons:

The parking lot was complicated to get into and out of. The pool was very small. They never. And and cleaned the room the whole stay and just gave us towels that’s it.
