We stayed for 1 night in a room with a queen bed. The room was tiny. There was no closet, no dresser, no drawers, no counter space in the bathroom, no hair dryer, no box of tissues. There was a window seat where we could store our suitcases. There was a small fridge and microwave. The room was dark, even with all the lights on. The hotel is set back from the road, so it was quiet at night. The AC was fairly loud and cycled on and off. The employees were friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was nice with cereal, yogurt, bagels, muffins, biscuits and gravy, juice, coffee, tea, milk. Maybe the suites offer more in the room, but I would not stay here again in the room we had.
No elevator, the room smell was not refreshing and the ac was loud and making a racket like something was wrong with it. Definitely not worth the price. I have stayed in way nicer hotels mostly suites because that all usually stay in for like $150 a night. Don’t believe it’s right for any hotel to quadruple prices just because there is an event in town
Too high price for a cheap inn
Too high profit a cheap inn
Breakfast was great & everyone very friendly
Carpet old
It’s close to everything. The staff is very accommodating and they are so kind. This is our second year coming here.
Nothing
I liked the value of the stay. I was able to spend more time at the beach.
I didn't like the cleanliness of the general space. I also did not get a chance to grab breakfast due to it being gone before I arrived, within an hour of breakfast time.
I was unhappy with the room how small it was for the amount of money I spent per night.
It was not what I was looking for in a room over three hundred dollars a night.Bad deal,I had it for two nights from Friday til Sunday morning and left Saturday night.
The location.
The 3rd floor had a large group of people smoking marijuana, running up and down the hallways late at night and being very loud. The staff did not seem to care about the complainants. Very hard to sleep, especially with children! I will be paying more money to stay elsewhere.
Price
It smelt like MOLD and Musky
Gave me a migraine and my granddaughter felt terrible during our stay. We were put in the old building and it was horrible
Close to beach
Wasn’t very clean
Access to the pool location
There was mold all in the bathroom & I asked to be on first floor due to disability and they didn’t accommodate that
The cleaning lady (Sabrina) was the best. She was very polite and professional and very helpful. She went above and beyond to help us be comfortable. The older lady that was doing the breakfast was also very professional and polite and did an excellent job of keeping everything stocked up and clean. All around everyone we encountered was professional and polite.
Having to switch rooms, due to water leaking from the Air conditioner in the room above us in the morning.
The location and the pool
The carpet in the rooms were filthy. We had to wears shoes or our feet weee black from the floor.
Good
The pillow was the size of a small throw pillow
The room was not clean. And there was people smoking in the hallway
