Personal y calidad excelente
Pros:

El trato que nos dieron fue excelente. La cama limpia y súper cómoda. Disponía de todos los complementos necesarios. El aire condicionado funcionaba correctamente. Pedimos ocupar la plaza de parquing un rato más por una necesidad y no hubo ningún problema.

Goodish. Long way to go to reach 5 star status.
Pros:

Attractive buildings. Bedroom spacious and comfortable . Plenty of space to walk dog. Lovely swimming pool.

Cons:

Lots of road works around so access very difficult. We could see the hotel but couldn’t find how to get there. Also lots of steps in the hotel so difficult for people with poor mobility.

Location and free WiFi.

Cons:

Price for the room in my opinion is overpriced.
Car park facilities not adequate, very difficult to park a Honda crv (too narrow)
and nearest alternative 300m away and not suitable with dog and luggage.
Room is small with very little light and not comfortable for a couple & a dog, suited to a single person.
Staff were efficient in doing their job but not warm and friendly.
