The location was perfect, easy to catch rapido,uber, ola. Not too far from the airport,save money 😃

It was my first stay, The staff and managers were friendly 😊 the food was awesome.
The room was spotless, and the bathroom was clean as i expected. I hope to visit again some other days...😃

The experience during my stay in the hotel room was highly unsatisfactory and does not meet basic hospitality standards.

I had booked a deluxe room; however, the room and services provided did not meet the expectations of a deluxe category. The overall condition and facilities were below standard and did not justify the booking.

The conduct of the reception staff was unprofessional and unacceptable. Despite raising my concerns calmly, the receptionist responded rudely, stating, “If you are not comfortable, you can leave.” Such behaviour is inappropriate and reflects poorly on the hotel’s service standards.

In terms of room facilities, there were multiple issues. The wash basin overflows when the tap is fully opened, indicating poor maintenance and lack of proper inspection. Additionally, the hotel does not provide adequate food services, especially during late hours. There are no arrangements for food availability, storage, or heating (such as a refrigerator or oven), which is a basic expectation for guests.

Complimentary tea and coffee are provided through a machine; however, this is not sufficient to compensate for the lack of essential services. That said, except for the receptionist, the other staff members were polite, helpful, and supportive.

Overall, the stay was disappointing due to poor reception behaviour, inadequate room maintenance, lack of basic amenities, and failure to meet the standards of a deluxe room. Immediate corrective action is required to improve both service quality and guest experience.
