Ein schönes Hotel und nett gelegen.
Sehr kleines Bad mit Badewanne.
The breakfast was the worst I've had in a hotel. Was sick after due to the amount of grease on all of the cooked food £20 ahead what a joke . Meant to be a Michelin star chefs restaurant. Could of got better a roadside caravan.
Did not like the breakfast
The parking beasts should not have to pay
We stay here frequently because of the great location and lovely rooms.
The barman downstairs was not particularly knowledgeable about the drinks and mixers. Also no Gin glass available as he said there was only 2! Should take cash at the bar.
Breakfast was very good. Location is great, I am a repeat guest having stayed before.
The hotel location is great and I’ve often used it in a previous life when it was the holiday inn.
I booked an accessible room for my disabled husband and the accessible bathroom was totally unsuitable - cramped and designed by an idiot! The sink and toilet were perpendicular to each other making it impossible for him to sit on the toilet and he is a slight man not obese . There was so little room between the sink and the toilet that he couldnt reach for the grab rail so had to lower himself on the toilet by himself - with me hovering close by as his knees often give way. The shower was worse - a shallow seat with two grab rails but with them down one couldnt enter the shower to sit on the seat! So only one grab rail
And a crutch - horrible
Experience and to think we paid quite a lot for the room. We’ve stayed in dozens and dozens of hotels over the last two decades and this bathroom was the worst. We just stayed at the premier inn in Bristol - and I request the management to go and learn a few things from them! Very disappointed. Will not be staying again and thank god we were there just for one night on our way back to Portugal
On the ferry! It’s difficult enough for disabled travellers to enjoy the same benefits on holiday but I think a decent bathroom when you tell us it is accessible is the very least a good hotel should provide .
Excellent facilities great location
Underground car park challenging for large cars
Large room good facilities great view
Penthouse restaurant and club lounge very good
Some staff were very good some average
When we checked out the staff member didn’t ask me how my stay was etc just “see you later”
Always welcoming and a pleasure to stay which we do regularly

Hôtel très bien placé
Petit déjeuner copieux avec une très jolie vue mer
Quelques petits désagréments ( lavabo bouché ) mais le personnel a très vite reagi
The room was big and had a nice view. I saw the chimney of the distillery from there :) The best location a hotel can have.
The left a present and card for me, I celebrated my birthday during this stay.
We loved the Restaurant and that view is something not simple. One of the waitresses was super friendly, I think her name is Jess, she served us afternoon tea.
The position of the bath is terrible. It requires an acrobat to get in and out.
The lovely smell when entering Reception and friendly welcome at the check-in desk. Spacious room with panoramic view and large bed. Plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits. Amazing breakfast in the penthouse restaurant. Would most definitely stay here again on any future trip to Plymouth.
The banging and hammering close by the room in the morning although it was after 9.00 am so we understand maintenance must be done some time.
Everything was perfect. Great staff, lovely clean and spacious room. Breakfast superb. Wonderful facilities. Hotel very well placed. Very near the Hoe or a short walk into town or the Barbican. We are planning a 3rd trip in the very near future.
There was nothing to dislike
We was so impressed with the hotels cleanliness. Infact its the cleanest hotel I've been in! The beds where comfy
We where very shocked by the food . We paid a lot of money for our evening meals and the steak was like rubber i had to leave half . Although she gave me a small discount im shocked . The breakfast is OK but the melon was dry so a few weeks needed
Building work from 9am while I was trying to work in my room
No noise
Excellent breakfast but plates cold
