Fabulous staying

Великолепнейший вид из окна и днем и ночью, ванна с видом на небоскребы - особое удовольствие.
Большой красивый номер, шикарный текстиль и кровать, из которой не хотелось вылезать. Да, отель не новый, но он прекрасен.
Приятный персонал с прекрасным Английским готов прийти на помощь по любому вопросу, особенная благодарность Andy.
Вкусный и разнообразный завтрак с большим выбором для европейца.
Прекрасная локация в центре, переход в торговый центр с продуктовым и магазинами китайских брендов.

Staff went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible
Pros:

I had to spend 4 nights recuperating in the hotel after hospital treatment in Beijing. The staff were aware of my situation and could not have been more attentive, friendly & helpful. Check out was extended to 9pm at night at no extra cost to accommodate a 3am flight home, once I was deemed fit to fly.
