Pleasant surprise for a budget hotel.
Pros:

It was a last minute booking due to a flight cancellation.
Very clean, good staff.

Cons:

Room could have been bigger, but we only stayed 1 night so not an issue.

Pros:

Everything
Great staff, polite friendly and helpful. My suitcase was all smashed and they immediately helped me to do a temporary repair.

Rooms were large
Tea and coffee facilities
Toiletries provided
Very clean
Superb bed very comfortable
Great breakfast
Even an iron and ironing board were provided
Lovely bathroom and shower
Nothing I can fault

Cons:

Could not fault a thing and would highly recommend the hotel
My go to hotel for the airport.
If all hotels were only like this.

Good experience, great location
Pros:

I liked the location of the hotel cuz it was easy to get and come from town. Staff were willing to help and give information. Was very grateful they could help store my baggages even with their limited space

Cons:

The breakfast was good but I think they could have added more varieties or varied it every now and then

Not satisfactory, will never go back there nor will I recommend anyone either
Cons:

I was made to wait with my entire family downstairs for more than two hours pass my book in time!!! No courteous staff! And this was after a hectic and tiresome two weeks in Saudi Arabia and a long journey to England! The meal we bought was great.
