Bad - would not recommend.

Overwhelmingly negative stay.

Cons:

Room was too hot. Admin issue caused us to get charged double. I asked a member of staff who didn't help at all. It also wasn't spotted at check-in. Really rude on the phone when we called up to query this. They were extremely unhelpful until they finally calmed down and realised they could actually help without having to do much. We received an extortionate parking fine for being there less than 5 minutes and it had a terrible location in general. The room was also small and way too hot. Couldn't have gone any worse, to be honest. Will avoid like the plague in future.
