Reception staff need replacing but the hotel is perfect for a pre/post holiday flight.
Pros:

Nice design. Handy location.

The parking price was not advertised in the initial information on the hotel, that add financial cost only came through in the confirmation email!!
The reception staff were the rudest I have ever come across !!

Excellent value and highly recommended.
Pros:

Just perfect for pre flight accommodation. Right by the airport, comfortable and clean room with excellent air conditioning. Will certainly stay again when flying or visiting Southend.

Would stay again but wish the aircon was cooler
Pros:

Not too far from the airport, and close to Tesco express for some bits. Room was comfortable but we are glad we had handheld fans, it was a heatwave and the aircon wasn’t quite cold enough. Lovely food downstairs and nice bar area with friendly and attentive staff.

Cons:

Aircon could have been a bit cooler and you can hear doors closing and opening, people walking on other floors.

Good hotel for an overnight stop at Gatwick.
Pros:

Clean, tidy, good a/c (super important in a heatwave). Good shuttle service into Gatwick in the morning.

Cons:

The shuttle bus from Gatwick was not great when arriving late. I would have needed to wait over 45 mins - ended up getting a taxi because it was late at night.
