Pros:

Cleanliness and comfort. Breakfast was very nice.

Cons:

Our 4 wheel drive (common height) did not fit under the underground car park. This was eventually resolved by staff directing us to next door car park and our prepaid cost was promptly refunded.

Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay that we would happily return to.
Pros:

Comfortable beds, a large television, and a lovely breakfast made our stay really enjoyable. The location was super convenient and central to everything, making it easy to get around and explore. The staff were also friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxing and comfortable.

Cons:

The bathroom was a little bit pokey, but it definitely wasn’t a deal breaker and didn’t take away from an otherwise great stay.

Really good value for money, we enjoyed our stay!

The buffet breakfast was so good!

Pros:

Very clean and well appointed room. Good size with a really comfortable bed.
Reasonable size room
Close to public transport
Staff were fantastic.
Breakfast was excellent
We will definitely look at staying here again when visiting Sydney or in another of this groups hotels

The room was clean and modern, a really decent size for the two of us

Cons:

Unfortunately the pillows were too soft for us and the bed seemed to dip in the middle , meaning we would continuously roll to the edges of the bed.
