Very pleasant.
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and clean. All the extras that you may need were supplied. Great location. Helpful and friendly staff.

Not the usual experience we’ve had previously

Cons:

Usually a great experience but this was disappointing this time. Room wasn’t equipped for enough amenities for the number of guests staying (not even 1 towel per person).
Couldn’t call reception on any of the available options, even calling externally went unanswered.
Breakfast was not worth it. Plates, glasses had run out and people standing around, hot items had run out. Felt like they weren’t prepared or sufficiently staffed. Coffee order never arrived, when we asked they said they misplaced some dockets & offered takeaways as we’d finished. Lacks value for money

No as I thought!
Pros:

The room service food was absolutely yummy & a good sized portion. Parking was easy - but expensive. It was a quiet hotel which always a bonus. Always love the slippers.

Cons:

On arrival the receptionist walked off to chat to the concierge and was very slow in returning. I didn't like the room I was in as a I needed a desk to work at. The pillows were woeful! The cost was too high for a 1 person overnight.
