Really comfy bed. Parking a bit steep.
Pros:

The bed was super comfy, and the room was clean and pleasant.

Cons:

The price of parking on top of the room cost. I was charged another $49 to park overnight and be out by one pm halfway through the work day or pay for another day.

Cons:

While booking the room, the room was booked for 1 adult and 2 children so I expected proper bedding for 1 adult and 2 children
But at check in - I was told that there is only one double bed and three of us have to sleep in one bed. Which was very annoying for me and even on my request - they refused to provide extra bedding for my child

Amazing room quality, receptionists are amazing people with very little training, breakfast was an absolute disaster

Reception mixed up payments so bad they took $200+$1190+ what I paid to booking.com for the night hotel fee $256

Have no idea how they could mix it up so badly

And than they said they would return the money but I’m little worried if they give me more headache and I have to chase this up

I don’t know if breakfast was purposely the worst breakfast ever, so everyone eats less or runs away without eating.

But I think for a hotel at this caliber , breakfast should have been little better with variety and more fresh stuff.
Definitely better chef needed

Have no idea how they could make an awful pancake but I had the worst pancake I have ever had in my life without any exaggeration
