Sejur la Como.
Pros:

Hotelul este situat in centru,aproape de lac ,in zona cu restaurante si magazine.Personalul e amabil,micul dejun bun,camere curate si e liniste.

Cons:

Prosoapele nu au fost schimbate,pur si simplu le-au impachetat si le-au pus pe etajere.Erau totusi de calitate.

Cons:

Das Hotel finden mit dem Auto ist sehr schwierig. Google führt Autos Mitten durch die Altstadt durch Einbahnstrassen.
Es war auch generell sehr laut.

Boa estadia. O serviço de orientação aos turistas tanto nas Balcãs quanto no hotel é péssimo.

Café da manhã razoável. Ótima localização.

Café da manhã pode ser melhorado.
O serviço de concierge para orientação de passeio aos turistas deixa muito a desejar. Poderiam fornecer roteiros específicos já impressos com as opções de roteiros (ida e volta) desejados pelos clientes. O mapa dos destinos e horários disponibilizados pelo serviço públicos de navegação é tão confuso que nem os atendentes do hotel entendem.

Great hotel in a quiet but central location
Pros:

Great location, near to lake and city centre sights, yet in a quiet side street away from the noise. Colleagues in a lakeside 4 star hotel had a sleepless night due to the traffic and city noise. Breakfast was of a very high standard.

Pros:

Everything except the size of the shower with a shower curtain that didn't restrict the water going out.
Beautiful, varied and generous breakfast.

Prisvärt och bra boende med prima läge
Pros:

Perfekt läge, rent och fräscht, trevlig personal. Lite gammalmodigt på rummen (vi hade två rum). Ett av rummen var ganska litet, men det var bra sängar och rummen hade AC.
