Room is cozy and the bed is comfort. Hot water in the bath room works well. Bath tub in the bath room was very nice.

If you’re traveling with young kids, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Everything about our stay was enjoyable from start to finish. The room was clean, neat, and comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the amenities had everything we needed.
Breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and we genuinely enjoyed most of the food.
What really makes this hotel stand out is how family-friendly it is. The playground is spacious, well-maintained, and kept our kids entertained for hours. During the holiday season, they also had activities by Kompi Semut, including arts and crafts, which made the experience even more special for the little ones.
The heated swimming pool was clean, spacious, and perfect for families. We also loved the complimentary horse carriage rides every morning—it was such a charming little touch that our kids looked forward to.
Above all, the staff were consistently warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay, which made us feel so welcome.
Overall, this is a wonderful place for a family getaway, and it’s definitely a hotel we’ll keep coming back to. Highly recommended!

As a small suggestion, the breakfast could be improved, particularly in terms of flavor, to make it even more memorable. That said, the variety of dishes offered was already quite good and satisfying.

All staff very friendly and helpful. Premier room great size and bed was very comfortable with quality bed linen. All facilites in the room functioned properly.
Breakfast was disappointing as they only provided Indonesian local food. Western breakfast items not represented at all.
1 hour before breakfast closing time, no refilling of the food: they just let it run out.
