Great stay with excellent location across from beach.
Pros:

Fabulous location, delightful staff, excellent spaces to relax publicly such as around bar and pool. These publuc spaces also had great views of the beach.

הזמנתי לילה לזוג במלון אורכידאה בתל אביב, כולל ארוחת בוקר, ושילמתי כ־1,100 ₪. הגעתי עם ציפייה לקבל חוויה נעימה ושקטה, במיוחד כי מדובר בלילה לכבוד יום ההולדת של אמא שלי. בפועל, זו הייתה אחת החוויות המאכזבות שהיו לי במלון.

נתחיל מארוחת הבוקר. האוכל היה נראה מאוד לא טרי ולא מעורר תיאבון. הפסטות והרביולי נראו כאילו עמדו זמן רב, הביצים היו עם ריח מאוד לא נעים, וגם שאר המנות פשוט לא הרגישו ברמה שהייתי מצפה לה. אחרי הארוחה סבלתי מכאבי בטן שנמשכו לאורך היום, ולכן מבחינתי זו הייתה חוויה מאוד לא נעימה.

הבריכה הייתה עמוסה בצורה קיצונית. מדובר בבריכה קטנה יחסית לכמות האורחים, מלאה בילדים, עם מוזיקה ורעש מכל כיוון. אין שום תחושה של מקום שאפשר באמת לנוח בו.

רמת הניקיון במלון הייתה מאכזבת מאוד. החלונות היו מטונפים, הלובי היה עמוס ומוזנח, ובאזורים החיצוניים היו כמויות של צואת יונים. גם החלונות באזורי החדרים נראו מוזנחים. התחושה הכללית היא של מלון שנתקע אי שם בשנות ה־90 ולא עבר תחזוקה ורענון אמיתיים.

גם מבחינת הרעש, הלילה היה בלתי נסבל. צעקות, מוזיקה ורעש מחדרים סמוכים לאורך הלילה. הגעתי מתל אביב ללילה אחד שבו רציתי פשוט לנוח ולבלות עם אמא שלי לרגל יום ההולדת שלה, ובמקום זה חזרתי עם כאב ראש ומיגרנה.

השירות היה מאכזב לא פחות. המלון כמעט ולא זמין במייל או בצ׳אט של Booking לשאלות ועדכונים, וגם בתוך המלון קשה מאוד לקבל מענה. בלילה התקשרתי כעשר פעמים ללובי עד שמישהו סוף סוף ענה לי, וגם אז היחס היה עצבני ולא אדיב.

בנפרד מזה, אין במלון אפילו שירות חדרים בתשלום.

גם החניה היא נקודה שחשוב לקחת בחשבון. אין חניה ללא עלות לאורחי המלון, ואני נאלצתי לשלם 250 ₪ עבור החניון על פחות מ־24 שעות. בעיניי, זה סכום משמעותי מאוד עבור חניה במסגרת שהייה של לילה אחד.

אין גם מיזוג במעליות וגם לא באזורים מסוימים בקומות, מה שמוסיף לתחושה שהמלון פשוט לא מתוחזק ברמה שצריך.

אני באמת לא מחפשת מלון מפואר ולא מצפה לסטנדרט בלתי אפשרי. אני כן מצפה לניקיון, שירות בסיסי, אוכל שנראה ומרגיש טרי, ויכולת לישון בלילה בלי רעש.

לצערי, שום דבר מזה לא התקיים כאן.

אם אתם זוג שמחפש חופשה שקטה ונעימה, הייתי לוקחת בחשבון שהמלון מאוד משפחתי, עמוס ורועש.

המלון ישן מאד וניראה מוזנח, שטיחים דהויים בצורה קיצונית מתפוררים במקומות מסויימים, ריצפה אסלה ומסכי טלוויזיה עם כתמים של יושן שלא יורדים. מעלית חורקת. אי אפשר לשלוט בטמפרטורה במזגן ובחדרים מסוימים הוא מטרטר ובקושי חי. בחדר האוכל הפונה לים החלונות לא נקיים.
