Disappointed
Pros:

Like two months ago we were there and we reserved this room and it was in the notes with the hotel. My husband is disabled and has a hard time walking in that particular room is close to the door when we got there to check in they told us that room wasn’t available, but they would give us a comparable room well that room was clear on the other side and it wasn’t the same. For example, the one room that we reserved had all the utensils dishes cups everything there the one they gave us didn’t have anything so we were not prepared which caused some issues then that particular room the TV in the bedroom didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it or get it or get it to work and it just threw off the enjoyment of the whole entire stay there and the guy at the desk did explain that there was somebody else in the room that we reserved and they can’t guarantee that we could have that room, but if it had been available, they would’ve gave it to us, but my thing is since they had the notes in the computer. Why didn’t they put the people in the other room and give us the room that we requested two months prior. It just threw off the whole day. It was just a bad thing.

Lovely stay

Muy cerca de Catalina Ferry, practicó y cómodo.
Pros:

Me encantó la ubicación, lo espaciosa y cómoda de la habitación y la energía de las personas que trabajan aquí. Todos amables y dispuestos a colaborar. También el desayuno muy rico.

Cons:

La verdad considero que pudieran darle atención a varias áreas del hotel que parecen descuidadas porque el hotel goza de una ubicación privilegiada.

Pros:

Great location. The hotel is just steps to the marina with lovely walkways. You can hear the seals barking. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and farmer's market on Wednesdays.

Cons:

Interior is a little outdated, but the great location easily compensated for that.
