The property is beautiful, but the hotel is very tired and not updated. Also, breakfast was between seven and nine and when we went down at 8:15 they were out of food. When I asked the gentleman who worked there where the food was, he said it was gone and I’d have to come back tomorrow because they don’t have anymore. Several people went without breakfast and the staff did not care there was no food left. They also do not have any water unless you purchase it for top dollar out of the vending machine. If you sit on the end of the bed, the mattress flies up in the air. I do not think they have replaced the bedding or pillows in years.The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. I was looking for my socks and looked under the bed and it was filthy with food residue and crumbs. I don’t think it has ever been vacuumed! The TV had to be rebooted twice by staff as it stopped working.

Great location, overpriced for condition.
Pros:

The location is great. Large, spacious rooms and a balcony. Pool and Spa.

Cons:

This hotel is in great need of updating. Paint chipping everywhere. Rugs lifting. Rusty, disintegrating pool gate. Worn out, tiny pool towels. No breakfast. Vety loud, worn out air-conditioning.

Used to be a nice place. We won’t return.
Pros:

Nice view of the marina. Walking distance from the beach. Outdoor pool and hot tub on property

Cons:

Dirty. We had to ask for fresh sheets. Not sure if they were stained or just dirty. Carpet is old with visible stains. Floors not maintained.

Pros:

It was a great location. Easy to get to the places near by.

Cons:

The breakfast didn't live up to the posted information. The rooms was comfortable but the neighbors were loud. The hotel needs to be updated. A.shelf in the bathroom would be helpful.

Fantastic location and nice pool, but rooms need an upgrade and breakfast could be better.
Pros:

The location was great, very convenient and close to everything we wanted. The pool was nicely heated and clean. The beds were comfortable and the staff was nice. They provided us with a list of nearby restaurants which was really helpful.

Cons:

It could definitely use an upgrade/remodel. The bathroom looked pretty weathered and the water pressure was low which made it hard to shower. The breakfast was a little disappointing, I wish they would have had more protein options like eggs or bacon/sausage, which I thought they had based on the pictures posted. The coffee was also not great, so we ended up having to go elsewhere for breakfast and coffee. The fridge in the room was a good size but I wish the room had a microwave, or that there was a microwave in the kitchen or lobby we could use. The beds were comfortable but had an old musty smell. There were lots of stains on the carpet and curtains. The temperature in the room was fine most of the time but we couldn't really control the AC unit if we wanted to modify anything. The AC unit was so old you couldn't read any of the buttons on it. I know it's a budget hotel but for the amount we paid I wish it would have been a better experience.
