Pros:

La chambre était confortable et propre. Le petit déjeuner, sous forme de buffet, était bien diversifié et copieux. Nous avons également apprécié le geste commercial qui nous a été consenti suite à une arrivée un peu chaotique.

Cons:

Avant d'arriver à l'hôtel, les échanges se font sur WhatsApp, check in et out online, ce qui est assez pratique sur le principe, sauf en cas de problème. Le numéro d'appel est pris en charge par une IA, ce qui n'a pas permis de répondre à notre question. La réception de l'hôtel qui devait être ouverte jusque 22h était fermée à notre arrivée à 21h15. Le numéro d'urgence ne répondait pas. Nous avons dû finalement payer une 2eme fois la chambre pour pouvoir récupérer la carte. L'hôtel nous a toutefois offert les petits déjeuners le lendemain matin compte tenu du désagrément.

De bedden lagen wel goed en de airco werkte goed
Maar dat was het dan ook wel en de badkamer was ook in orde

Cons:

Wij hadden 2 kamers geboekt wij kregen 331 en 329 in allebei de kamers was er gerookt wat je ook duidelijk rook uit eindelijk kregen we een andere kamer 327 maar hier was het zelfde ook deze kamer stonk naar rook ik vindt het heel slecht je betaalt ruim 110 euro voor een kamer dan mag je op ze minst verwachten dat dit schoon is ook het ontbijt was zeer mager en dat voor bijna 18 euro per persoon
