Parking was plenty and free
It was old and dirty also building works going on till 19:00 in the evening very disruptive
Breakfast great, great staff, food good.
The room we were given was dire, the corridor unkempt, wood unpainted. Room just awful We thought we were in the wrong hotel. I asked reception if there was a better room and found that the one we were in was being refurbished. Although she said they were fully booked she "managed" to find another room. Clean, bright, comfortable. The hotel was said to be 4 star, that is why we chose it. Looking at the first room it should never even have one star. I would still not say the hotel should be advertised as 4 star, the receptionist said it was more 3 star. I say 2 star.
Room clean and tidy.
Free car park.
Restuarant was closed for evening meal.
Bar menu offered few substantial meals.
Convenient and free parking
The room had a party door and neighbours were very noisy all night.
The restaurant menu was pathetic. 3 curries and 3 pizzas. That’s not a restaurant menu
Staffs were really helpful.
I had booked Standard Queen room for my parents, June 6-7 as they had to attend a function.
They had a very bad experience with the room provided as it had water leakage from the toilet and carpet was all soggy wet, dirty bed sheet and duvet.
My parents had to request for room change but they were requested to accommodate on that room as there’s no other spare rooms and the hotel is fully booked.
After finding the bed sheet and duvet was also dirty, my parents had to again call the Duty Manager to investigate the room himself and arrange another room as it was nearly 11pm.
My parents were then provided second room with twin bed and was way more cleaner than the first one.
Hotel lag gunstig voor de weg naar de boot in Dover en het centrum was te voet goed te bereiken. Ontbijt was goed.
Het avond eten was niet echt goed.
Not much , the bar area was nice
Old and tired heating did not work , the shower was next to useless, the staff unhelpful.
Externals need attention
Clean room. Comfortable bed.
Air conditioning was not functioning; I had phoned earlier and they had said it was fine. Hmmm!. Very bad night. 30 degrees plus.
It was very clean, seemed to have been rcently renovated
All round very satisfactory
