Excellent stay in Rome near the Colosseum
Pros:

The rooms are very modern, good air conditioning, plenty of usb-c and usb-a charging points. Nice breakfast on offer on the rooftop terrace (where you can see the Colosseum). They also have a nice menu for lunch with both classic and original dishes. Excellent location, walkable distance to Roman Forum, Colosseum, etc., with local restaurants and cafes nearby.

La habitación es sin duda lo mejor del hotel. Es muy amplia y espaciosa y el baño esta muy bueno. La ubicación también es algo a destacar

Las zonas comunes están sucias y dejadas. El desayuno no es muy bueno. Los horarios de limpieza de habitación son incómodos. El precio es muy alto

It was very nice, but a bit pricey for the location
Pros:

It was very clean and nice stay. The staff was very friendly upon arrival and helped us with baggage storage as we explored and booking a taxi. The breakfast was good :)

Cons:

My husband left his phone in the taxi, so the taxi driver said he would bring the phone back to the hotel for 40 euro. We were on a tour, so I called the hotel and asked if they would pay the 40 euro and charge it to our room and they would not do that for us. We had to leave our tour and come all the way back.
It says close to the Colosseum, but it's a good 15-20 minute walk at least.

Comfortable, quiet elegance in the middle of Rome
Pros:

The hotel is at the end of a street in a neighborhood filled with restaurants (good ones - not too touristy, it’s a small neighborhood vibe), just a few blocks from the Colosseum. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfortable and the room was so quiet, I would definitely recommend to friends.
