Great stay , great team specially all front desk team
Pros:

Great location, room was clean and tidy

Cons:

We tried to book van through the hotel to pick us from the port to the hotel , but it wasn’t a good decision cause the driver didn’t wait at the due time and left us , but they apologized and make us a free breakfast for the whole stay 🙏

The staff were amazing and the rooms were veey generous

Cons:

Rooftop bar very very hot not enough shade and 1st time we stayed we weren't allowed i rooms earlier than 3pm even though rooms were ready. Not a good look

Great location, great staff member
Pros:

This hotel is in an excellent location for visiting the Roman Forum and the Colosseum. We stayed here for our second visit to Rome after returning from Sicily, and we really appreciated the quieter atmosphere compared to the northern part of the city while still having easy access to all the major historical sites.

The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and exceptionally helpful. The rooftop terrace was accessible throughout the day, and the rooftop bar was a wonderful place to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing.

Cons:

There really wasn’t much to complain about—we genuinely enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

Pros:

Os quartos ótimos. Hotel novo é bem localização ao mesmo tempo perto do Coliseu e longe de grande movimento. Rua tranquila e 5 a 8 minutos caminhando está em frente o Coliseu.

Perfect hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

Everything- good quality room, breakfast & bar. Air con was excellent & the staff were amazing

Cons:

Minor niggle- some nights the rooftop bar was closed for events- would be good to have a notification in the hotel lobby to let hotel guests know. The rooftop bar was excellent:-)

We loved this hotel!
Pros:

This is a lovely hotel on a quiet street away from the busier touristy areas of Rome. A little out of the way, but we learned to use the buses and taxis on hot days to get to and from the center of town. The excellent air conditioning was a huge plus of this hotel--we were there during the heat dome!

I would recommend this place. Clean, tidy, great food and helpful staff.
Pros:

Loved our stay here, Hotel so welcoming & comfortably clean & tidy. The room was a great size & always cleaned. Staff always greeted us on arrival, they were great and assisted when needed. The food was tasty with a great selection. All Staff were very friendly. Loved the place and would highly recommend. Location was close to nearly everything you would want.

Distance of getting to the train.
