Lovely experience and would go again!
Pros:

Very accommodating and friendly staff. Comfortable bed, room, and facilities. The breakfast offered was very satisfying. Travelling with a baby and a pet, we were well taken care of. The hotel / resort is very family friendly, and there were lots of kids and babies around, with activities and facilities catering to them. Immediate and peaceful no-fuss access from the property directly to the beach.

Cons:

Lots of guests put their towels on the pool chairs to hold them, then they disappear to go to the beach or to eat or something - there were times that the pool area was nearly empty but all the chairs had been "occupied". Discreet signage points out that unoccupied towels will be removed after 45 minutes, but it's unreasonable to expect the staff to track and time every towel situation.

Also, two key cards programmed to our room suddenly stopped working, but reception was extremely friendly and prompt in rectifying the situation. The frustration was only notable because it isn't easy to manage getting locked out with a baby in one arm and a dog in the other hand.

Magnífica estancia, paz y tranquilidad.
Pros:

Nos gustó la ubicación estratégica en primera línea de playa, un lugar muy agradable y alrededores tranquilo. El hotel ofrece múltiples actividades tanto para adultos como yoga en la playa como para los más pequeños y que estén entretenidos durante la estancia. El restaurante tipo buffet muy variado y con comida de calidad.

Cons:

Lo que nos disgustó fue que cada día que íbamos a usar las tronas para mí peque de 10 meses o estaban sucias del día anterior o estaban rotas. Lo que no nos gustó es que el hotel no tome medidas con el alquiler indebido de las tumbonas de la piscina.

Es un hotel muy bien situado, frente a la playa, algo alejado del pueblo, pero entorno bonito y cómodo.

Cons:

Demasiado elevado el precio que pagamos por los servicios que nos ofrecían. Un hotel semi reformado con habitaciones antiguas, muy básicas, baño antiguo… colas en los desayunos, calidad justita. No creemos que en este momento esté a la altura de otros Melià en los que hemos estado. Zona level si, pero es lo único que han renovado y tiene buenos servicios. Por lo que a no ser que pagues extra para todo ofrece pocas cosas. Ni siquiera tiene tumbonas en la playa… muy justo.

Muy caro, excesivo para la antigüedad de las habitaciones y las instalaciones en general. Los baños de las habitaciones antiguos. Gimnasio muy pequeño para el volumen de habitaciones. Excesivamente caro repito para la calidad del alojamiento.
