legamos y en recepcion muy bien pero no habia botones para llevar la maleta y nos guiara hasta nuestra habitacion
en la habitacion una bañera en la que la mampara sobresalia el perfil .. y en el comedor solo llevabamos desayuno incluido estaba la escalera que le faltaban lo led y los cables liados con cinta aislante .. despues teniamos que guardar cola para desayunar .. y comiamos y cenabamos en el chiringuito .. los platos super pequeños y muy caros cenar sin vino dos personas una media de 150 euros .. para mi valoracion en su dia seria un cinco estrellas pero ahora solo se paga el sitio .
Me he ospedado en el hotel Melia de la barrosa y nada que ver .Reserve viernes /sabado y domingo y pague 1000euros para estar asi .

Pros:

The location, far from the dirty village. The beach was amazing, the pool was great, breakfast food was very good, activities great, availability of restaurants in the venue - fantastic.

Cons:

We booked a room with a garden and in the photos it looked like a private garden, that is why we paid extra. In reality, it was not a private garden, there were at least 6 other apartments sharing the same garden and a neighbour next door was constantly smoking marijuana so we couldn't stay in the garden or furthermore - allow our kid to play there. He smoked so much that our whole room was also smelling of marijuana, so we couldn't even keep the door open.

Las instalaciones son buenas. Las han reformado recientemente. Buena zona de aparcamiento. La zona de restauración tiene varias opciones. El buffet muy variado y ágil. Personal amplio y muy amable. Últimos días de julio. Sin aglomeraciones

Las habitaciones son amplias, pero están poco actualizadas. Un equilibrio difícil.

Pros:

Proximidad playa, amplitud habitaciones y desayuno.

Cons:

Atención de los recepcionistas. Personal del restaurante y limpieza buena atención pero NO del personal de recepción para un hotel así. No tienen bar cuando empiezan las cenas no puedes tomarte ni un refresco. Lo del servicio LEVEL no tiene sentido en un hotel de esa categoría y ni siquiera lo ofrecen al registrarlo a ningún precio

Cons:

Cama supletoria. Viajamos con nuestra hija (mayor de edad) y el sofá cama para 1 semana de alojamiento es bastante incómodo.
