Quiero mi factura de mi estancia en abril en el Hotel Meliá de Zahara de los atunes

La imposibilidad de que me facilitaran factura de mi estancia estuve en abril y estamos a 14 de junio y aún no he conseguido que me manden la factura de mi estancia en ese alojamiento cuando booking dice que es su obligación dármela y me dijeron en recepción que la obligación de darme el área de booking y ahora bucking dice que la obligación es de ellos es decir de Meliá

Cons:

Servicen var inte 4-stjärnig. Vi försökte boka restauranger innan ankomst men fick inte svar i telefon eller via mail på flera dagar. Incheckningen tog evigheter. Personalen i poolbaren kunde inte blanda basala drinkar eller en iskaffe. Ingen roomservice efter 23:00.

Hotel 4* típico. Boa zona de piscina, bom acesso à praia. A extensão do areal da praia é muito bom.

El hotel nos ha defraudado bastante…

En primer lugar, la habitación premium no tenía nada de especial, bastante pequeña y anticuada. En general, el hotel necesita una reforma. El baño y la terraza estaban especialmente deteriorados por el uso y el tiempo. La limpieza bien, pasable. Por otra parte, la insonorización de la habitación también nos sorprendió para mal, nos despertaban los ruidos de la habitación de arriba. Se escuchan hasta las pisadas.

En cuanto al hotel, el desayuno fue bastante caótico. Había mucha gente, se formaban colas para todo y al final tenías que decidir si tomar el café frío o las tostadas. Por otra parte, pensamos que los horarios de la piscina no son acordes a lo que se espera de un hotel de playa, pues cierran a las 7 entre semana y a las 8 los fines de semana.

Podría seguir con bastantes “pegas”, pero todo se resume en que el hotel para nuestro gusto no es de la categoría esperada para sus estrellas y su precio. Hemos tenido experiencias mucho más gratas en hoteles cercanos.
