Based on what I paid, nothing.

Cons:

I paid booking.com well in advance of my stay. For some reason the hotel had no record and charged me again. That was over a month ago and despite telling me when I checked out that it had been resolved, the charge still hasn't been reversed.
Poor on behalf of the hotel and booking.com.

Cons:

Carpets in hall are worn through and look filthy. Dining area is a bit seedy and tired looking..We decided not to eat or drink at hotel due to concerns re overall cleanliness. Bedroom was dark and gloomy.

For a budget style place it was fine for the most part.
Pros:

Cean, refurbished room. We'll located for our needs. Ok breakfast. Excellent coffee. Very helpful staff. Nice people. Although we had to pay $10 parking was very convenient

Cons:

Bed was not comfortable for me but ok for my wife. It was what it was. A reasonable budget style hotel

Nice clean renovated room, good bed, new bathroom, nice view from the window
Breakfast was also ok and the stuff on breakfast was kind and helpful.

Cons:

Reception was not enthusiastic. They were not willing to give us the room 2 hours earlier. We had to wait for check in with kids 2 hours. But I think that hotel was not full as the parking place was almost empty.

Nothing disappointed me.
Pros:

My travel arrangements were strongly frugal. By sheer luck, I was able to ride T bus route 210 and the driver pointed the way to this location. Less than 2 blocks, I'm glad for this, to attend the 52nd high school reunion, 10 minutes away with the Uber! Thank you!
