El desayuno no lo pudimos contratar el mismo día.

Cons:

Tenía un evento deportivo en la ciudad y no podía dejar la bici en ninguna parte del hotel. No volveré a elegir este hotel por dicha causa.

La habitación muy pequeña, sin espacio para abrir la maleta. El desayuno decepcionante. El baño amplio y reformado, pero varios de los colgadores (de toallas o el del papel higiénico) rotos.

Great for sleepless nights.
Pros:

The location was good and not far from the old town.

Cons:

The doors never stopped banging, and you could hear the sound of steel-tipped shoes walking around on the floor above. Very difficult to get a decent night's sleep. The receptionist wasn't very welcoming either. We wouldn't stay there again.

Pros:

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, pudiendo desplazarte caminando a todo el centro.
También a destacar la limpieza y que cambiaran a diario las toallas.
Me agradó que ofrezcan botellines de agua de obsequio

Cons:

No me gustó que al reservar no indican que se trata de un hotel sin recepción y que funciona con claves de entrada.
No me gustó que la habitación era muy grande pero tenía 3 camas y la tercera impedía el acceso cómodo a la mesa escritorio. Tampoco que las luces no están en mi opinión bien dirigidas, y las supletorias de mesilla dan poca luz y rara

La ubicación es perfectas, está a 7-8 min. a pie de la Plaza del Castillo y del Paseo Sarasate el pleno centro de Pamplona, el desayuno muy bien

La localización y las instalaciones en general

Cons:

Todo era vía WhatsApp, el check-in, te daban el número de habitación y clave de acceso también por ese medio, y cuando preguntábamos algo a la persona que estaba en recepción, no era muy amable.
