breakfast was great, rooms were clean

Cons:

The bathroom is too small, and the shower drain was blocked.
My baby was bitten by something in the camcot, but nothing was found after the team investigated. I did get feedback.

The rate of the new room was exorbitant.
I had asked to move rooms because the room I booked had a loft and it was not too safe for my 2 year old.
We were moved to another room for the night, at a huge cost.
I am still awaiting my refund on the initial booking. Please assist with this

Lage und Personal

Cons:

Lautstärke vor allem der Zimmer zur Straße. und teilweise alte und kaputte Einrichtungen im Zimmer Renovierung wird benötigt. Außerdem kein Schrank in ausreichender Größe vorhanden.
