Excellent location
Otel çalışanları çok nazikti. Güzel kahvaltı yapılabilecek yerlere yakın olduğu için kahvaltısız aldık. Dışarı çıkarken bize hangi yollardan gitmenin güvenli olacağına dair önerilerde bulundular ve son gün check-out yaptıktan sonra daha vaktimiz olduğu için uçak saatine kadar valizlerimizi de emanet ettik. Yorumlarından ve güvenilirliğinden dolayı tercih etmiştim, pişmanlık duymadım. Odalar gayet temizdi.
cleanliness was a key point i liked . Room was spacious and facilities was excellent . However , i stayed for a whole week and the menu for breakfast was the same for the whole week. It would be nice if the fruits, cakes can be different on some days. i also noted that tables were not cleaned immediately after the guest left following his breakfast and incoming guest had to wait for some minutes for table to be cleaned before being seated. But this is not a major issue though. My plan is to visit cape town once a year and definitely i will choose garden court again and again. congrats to the whole team from the receptionist, the security people, the maids cleaning the room and the whole staff in general. keep it up and good luck. i will definitely talk about the hotel with my colleagues in Mauritius
spacious & comfy room, good breakfast & decent location
The location of the hotel was great for our needs.
Staff behind the bar and reception was friendly and helpful. The room was a standard room. Nice and quiet and was able to open a window! I had a car and the parking guys was always very friendly and available.
I had a special request of a quiet room, but was first allocated to a room facing the busy street and could hear the traffic...luckily the staff was able to me to a room facing the pool and was nice and quiet. The aircon was very noisy!
The breakfast was fairly standard. The watermelon was not fresh but mushy. I did report it to the chef, but was told its fresh! even one of the waiters said one can see it mushy...

I asked on the first night for the room AC to be checked as it was very noisy. The maintenance guy said, " sorry nothing he can do about it. All the rooms are the same". Last time that I stay here.
