The staff were terrific, especially those working in the restaurant/bar area. They remembered my tea order on the first day and brought me tea at every breakfast. Also, I liked the laundry service and the gym.
The location is convenient but you just don't wander alone at night.
The convenience of the location with consistently good service means it remains one of my go to places.
No issue
Location is very good not too far from the water front and the breakfast was very good and the staff was very kind, polite and very helpful as well
The door in the room that connect to the room next door is not safe at all cause people from next door did tried to open it late at night.. We had to get up and unlock it and tell them to stop trying to open the door or we’ll call security.. We didn’t feel safe right after that at all during the night.. My suggestion is that the door has to be condemned for safety reason in order to avoid any incident in the future..
Staff , rooms and food great
not the complaint but just a concern,my sister was not well and she slept after breakfast when we requested for a room to be cleaned the staff was gone home my suggestion if for future there can be a standby or if we are told that for certain time the house keeping will not be available besi de that our stay was awesome and on our way we we're complemented by nNonkosi,Gabby and the receptionist Shaun was the best
The breakfast was fantastic. The rooms are clean and the location great.
The are no microwaves in the rooms. And when you ask for help to warm up your food they refuse. There were not enough glasses, side- plates just to able to eat without making a mess. There were not enough chairs in the room even though they knew I was sharing with another person.
Fabulous. We especially would love to thank Mr Anthony for his outstanding service. He met al.our requirements and made us feel more than welcome. We will be forever grateful. A very humble gentelman. Thank you Anthony. You deserve everything wonderful that comes your way.

This accommodation satisfied all my needs. The staff were helpful and always ready to assist, with a smile. The rooms had everything I needed and were very clean.
