Les employés à la réception était froid et peu accueillant. Je trouve les employés de la réception sont la première impression de l’hôtel et à ce niveau j’ai l’impression qu’ils étaient désintéressé par leurs travail

Propreté, literie, personnel souriant et accueillant, emplacement

Cons:

Nous avions réservé pour 3 personnes (chambre avec deux lit queen) et celle-ci était préparé pour 2 invités seulement.
