Not what I was expected.
Pros:

It was convenient to where I was going.

Cons:

Gave me a room for 4 when I booked for 5. Staff wasn't the friendliest. Not enough towels and wash cloths. When asked for more claim they were short. Not enough parking. Had to park in no parking zone. Just wasn't what I expected. If I had to spend more than one night I would have asked for a refund and left.

It was a quiet and comfortable stay

I liked how clean and comfortable the room was

That the room didn’t have a iron
And the breakfast could have been better

Location was good for what we were in town for

Cons:

Desk clerk. Did not know i booked 2 rooms. Night clerk- we booked room for 3 people. Only had towel set for 2 and no extra sheets or blankets for the little pad by windows. 2 people had to shower 1st and turn the towels in, before she would give us 3 sets of towels and wash cloths.

Clean, close to downtown/uptown Charlotte

Cons:

Breakfast, no meat only waffles bagels/bread, but Waffle House across the street and a Cracker Barrel 1min away

Cons:

The front desk lady Lakisha was very rude when my friend and I were trying to make waffles! She also got an attitude when we went to ask for a towel and wash cloth, stating that we had to be put on a list before we could receive the items! Very nasty attitude while on her personal cell phone, showing no respect to my friend and I! Would not recommend the stay if you have to deal with her and her attitude!
