Worst hotel I have stayed at
Pros:

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

The towels were small and thin. We had to continue asking for more towels during our stay. Housekeeping struggled to understand us and walked into our room during the early morning hours after knocking profusely. She did not give us an opportunity to get to the door. The carpet was dirty and had marks and stains. The walls are extremely thin, and they gave us a conjoined room, which caused us to hear every conversation and sound the people next to us were making all hours of the night and early morning. We were on the second floor, and people above us were stomping and making a lot of noises. The elevator is dangerously slow. This was not a good experience at all.

Okay, but not great
Pros:

I like the area, and that they served breakfast, and they had friendly staff.

Cons:

The room I was in had a dirty chair, we found a roach and the ac piece was broken so it kept falling down, and I didn’t like that it wasn’t an iron in the room

The staff were wonderful. The housekeepers were so thoughtful and accommodating. I have been traveling from Ashe County to Charlotte for work and have stayed at different hotels, but I. Mm.
