The property is pretty outdated but it was a really good value and it was clean. The room setup is weird but it did have everything that was advertised.

The staff were amazing!
There wasn't much to like about this place; it was very disappointing.
I booked and paid for a double queen room in advance, and was told when we arrived that they ran out of double queen rooms. This left us with a king bed with a fold-out bed. The fold-out bed was so terrible (thin, lumpy mattress that looked it like it had been there for 20 years), that my 10-year-old refused to sleep on it. The pillows on the king bed were also a joke, and looked smaller than what most hotels use as throw pillows. The pillows were so punny, I initially thought the maid had forgotten to leave pillows in the room. When I asked to be moved for our 2nd night, I was again told they were sold out of double queen rooms, despite this being what I paid for with my booking. The room smelled like vinegar, the floor of the breakfast area was sticky (my shoes stuck to the floor every time I moved), and the tub was cracked and gross. Everything about this hotel was cheap and run-down, avoid this place at all costs!
THIS WAS THE MOST PLEASANT HOTEL STAY I HAVE HAD IN A LONG TIME.
THERE WAS NOTHING I DID NOT LIKE.
breakfast ok...the guy working it was watching 👀 in an unfriendly way...drove around back after checking in, guy changing 🛢 oil in the lot!! About midnight, flashing around window..police in lot behind where our car parked lights on for about an hour..patrol car parked with flashing lights..makes you nervous..
Good breakfast
Nice clean facility
The people in the room next to me were loud and kept me up until 4am!
Very clean!
It was kind of noisy.
Price was right.
Shower and sink drained very slowly and would back up while in use. The lobby and common areas had faint smells of marijuana.
The location was just ok. It’s an older hotel in need of new carpets, an update in the lobby, but it was all right. We didn’t get much time for breakfast because of the surgery time. The handicapped bathroom was appreciated, along with first floor room ( no elevator in the hotel. It’s only 2 floors )because my mom uses a walker. There was an exceptionally nice young lady at the front desk the first morning we were there. She answered all of our questions about directions and other things about the city.
We received the last room available. The clerk at check in didn’t even know whether the room had been cleaned. There was lots of confusion with check in because my mom wanted to pay for the room but they made ME pay the deposit because I booked the room. We had to give our whole lives’ history just to do that. If we didn’t have to get my mom settled and ready for surgery, we would have gone somewhere else. We could tolerate an older hotel because we could see that they were working on it. However when we got to the room, it smelled like dirty socks but they didn’t have another room for us. It was not what we would expect from ANY hotel. We wouldn’t have stayed the second night but mom was just out of surgery and wasn’t able to help shuffle everything to another hotel. When mom went to get a cup of coffee the second day, all the creamers were spoiled. The handicapped bathroom was nice except that when the bathroom floor got wet and my mom walked on it with her sneakers or shower shoes, she almost fell because the floor was extremely slippery. We will not take the last room in a hotel again. This room felt like, for some reason, they would not use it for anytime but if they absolutely needed one more room. It was awful. We had to come back to Columbus again in July for a second surgery, and before we left the first time we decided we would not go back to Quality Inn.
They gave away our reserved rooms. We will never book again. They called asked if we were coming told them we were almost there and they still gave the rooms we reserved ahead of time away.
