Satisfied the one night need and we enjoyed the restaurant and bar quite a bit.
Pros:

help from front reception staff on a few administrative needs that were readily satisfied. Front staff was very helpful.

Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren super hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Rewe gleich um die Ecke.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Mitarbeiter an der Bar unfreundlich.

Alles wunderbar
Pros:

Ich war nur 1 Nacht da - und es hatte alles, was es braucht: geräumige Zimmer mit Balkon, ein Restaurant und eine Bar mit Terrasse. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Das Frühstück war top. Gerne wieder.

Cons:

Die Straßenbahn und die Baustelle vor dem Haus verursachen eine höheren Geräuschpegel.

Für einen kurzen Trip in Ordnung
Pros:

Das Hotel ist von der Autobahn gut zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war geräumig und die Preis-Leistung in Ordnung. Frühstücksbüffet war auch ganz gut.

Cons:

Kostenlose Parkplätze sind nicht vorhanden und das Parkhaus ist mit 25 € am Tag recht teuer.

Zimmer aus dem letzten Jahrtausend
Pros:

Mir hat nix gefallen.

Cons:

Mein Zimmer 2227 lag nicht im mercure Haupthaus sondern auf der anderen Straßenseite, ich hab mich gefragt wo es denn Frühstück geben würde ? Und weil ich keine Antwort fand ließ ich es gut sein. 21 Euro gespart und viel dummes Suchen und Fragen.
Zimmer 2227 hat einen Balkon ohne alles, auch ohne Sitzmöglichkeit. Dafür hat das Zimmer muffeligen Geruch, die Lüftung im Bad is so laut wie eine Boing im Abflug.
Das Zimmer war insgesamt nicht sauber - Seife ist vom Spender auf die Fläche getropft, man lässt es trocknen -unternimmt nichts um den Seifenberg zu beseitigen.
(Ein feuchter Lappen tut es schon)
Klobrille locker, Duschwasser läuft nicht gut ab.
Gläser im Schrank schmutzig.
Nespresso kapselmaschine - schmeckte wie spülwasser - wird die Maschine zwischen den Gästen gereinigt??? Glaube nicht. Kaffeesahne gab es nicht, musste kleine Sahnedinger bei Rewe klauen.
Auf dem Fußboden (Auslegeware aus letztem Jahrtausend) sammelten sich Dreck und Krümel, Salzstangen unterm Sofa. Flecken, Löcher, Abnutzung von mehr als 20 Jahren. Nicht ansatzweise 150 euro pro Person und Nacht Wert.
Nie wieder.
