Mit einigen Verbesserungen wäre unser Aufenthalt rundum perfekt gewesen.

Die zentrale Lage mit der Nähe zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war hervorragend. Die geräumigen Zimmer und die Ausstattung waren ideal für unsere Familie. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen – insbesondere die Lage, die Ausstattung und das freundliche Personal.
Leider gab es zwei Punkte, die verbessert werden sollten. Im Zimmer waren trotz ausgeschalteter Klimaanlage dauerhaft laute Geräusche zu hören, wodurch erholsamer Schlaf kaum möglich war. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn die Klimaanlage bzw. die technische Anlage überprüft würde.
Außerdem war die Wassermelone im Fruchtsalat beim Frühstück an mehreren Tagen verdorben und daher ungenießbar. Hier wäre eine bessere Qualitätskontrolle der frischen Lebensmittel wünschenswert.

Buon albergo in discreta posizione
Pros:

La stanza è grande, pulita e relativamente moderna, molto spazio per riporre i vestiti. Cassaforte funzionante e in posizione comoda. Molte prese per la corrente, soprattutto quelle fondamentali vicino al letto e in bagno. Doccia grande, lavandino comodo con ampia mensola per riporre gli oggetti personali. Carta igienica in abbondanza, fazzoletti di carta e bustine utili per le donne. L' aria condizionata è facilissima da gestire (in altri hotel ci vuole una laurea). Gli ascensori sono grandi e comodissimi. L' hotel è in una zona decentrata e per raggiungere il duomo a piedi ci si impiega una mezz'oretta, ma la strada è tutta dritta e pianeggiante. Proprio davanti alla porta dell' hotel c' è l' ingresso della metropolitana Severinstrasse che è utilissima per evitare di andare in stazione centrale trascinandosi le valige. Dall' albergo alla Köln Hauptbahnhof sono 4 fermate e meno di dieci minuti (compreso un cambio di treno, linea 4 + linea 16). Sulla strada che va a sud dall' hotel verso Rodenkirchen ci sono molti negozi e ristoranti dove si può mangiare senza allontanarsi troppo. C'è anche qualche utile supermercato. Dall'aeroporto all' albergo in taxi ci vuole pochissimo tempo ma la tariffa è molto alta, circa €48. Il treno+metro è decisamente un' opzione meno comoda ma più economica (circa €7).

Cons:

L' unico problema serio è che il frigorifero della mia stanza non funzionava, ma siccome non faceva troppo caldo e in fondo non ne avevo bisogno, non ho protestato. Il materasso e il cuscino non erano comodissimi, ma mi è capitato di peggio. Se si tengono le finestre aperte c'è un rumore infernale perché proprio davanti c'è una trafficatissima strada ad alta percorrenza, ma le finestre hanno un' assorbenza acustica eccezionale per cui se le si tiene chiuse si sente un silenzio tombale. Consiglierei di adottare asciugamani da doccia più grandi perché non tutti gli esseri umani hanno misure da fotomodelli.

Nettes Personal, gute Drinks und ruhige Zimmer
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt und direkt an einer U-Bahn Haltestelle und wenige Gehminuten bis zur Einkaufsmeile. Der Frühstück ist gut und vieler frischer Ware. Leider war der Nutella Spender schnell leer. Die Drinks an der Bar sind zu epfehlen

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas altbacken und sollten renoviert werden. Aber sonst ganz angehem.
