Pros:

Das gesamte Personal ist super nett gewesen. Frühstück war immer ausreichend und für jeden was dabei. Die Zeiten für das Frühstück fanden wir richtig gut, da wir beide Frühaufsteher sind. Auch die Lage des Hotels war super gewesen. Man hatte eine sehr gute Fahranbindung und bis zum Kölner Dom hat man 15min zu Fuß gebraucht.

Cons:

Leider mußte ich feststellen das die Sauberkeit im Bad nicht so besonders gewesen ist. Z.b auf der Duschwand waren lauter Kalk Flecken zu sehen gewesen. Auch auf dem WC-sitz waren Flecken zu sehen. Leider konnte man auch nicht in die Wanne gehen, da kein stepsel vorhanden war. Auf meiner Bettdecke waren leider ebenfalls Flecken vorhanden und das geht gar nicht. Es war toll das wir einen Balkon hatten, den man aber bei Regen leider nicht nutzen kann da es keine Überdachung oder auch keinen Sonnenschirm gab.

Für Kurzaufenthalt gutes, zentral gelegenes Hotel!
Pros:

Schönes, großes Zimmer mit Balkon. U-Bahnhaltestelle vor der Tür. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück!

Cons:

Boxspringbetten ohne Topper, deswegen sehr hat. An einem der Betten fehlt eine Steckdose.
Die Badewanne ist für kleinere Menschen wie mich nicht benutzbar, da die gläserne Trennwand fest installiert ist, der Einstieg zu hoch ist und auch die Armtaturen an der Rückseite nicht erreichbar sind. Die Ablage und Haken für die Handtücher sind über
Türhöhe (2m) angebracht, waren für mich deshalb nicht benutzbar.

Top Personal, die das Unmögliche möglich macht!
Pros:

Als ich im Hotel angekommen bin, hat sich herausgestellt, dass ich das Hotel erst ab nächsten Tag gebucht habe! Ja, es ist mir tatsächlich so eine Situation das erste Mal im Leben passiert. An dem Tag waren nur 2 Zimmer übrig meiner Kategorie und das Management hat alles mögliche gemacht, dass ich mein 6 Tägiges Aufenthalt in demselben Zimmer verbringen kann. Klasse! Dankeschön dafür!
Super Verbindung zur LANXESS Arena - nur 2 Haltestellen mit dem Straßenbahn!

Schlecht geschlafen.
Cons:

Teppichboden im Zimmer hat ausgedünstet und Fenster konnte man nicht auflassen, da Straßenbahn uns Straßenverkehr unendlich laut.

Für Kurztrips zu empfehlen , da der Heimarlt in fußläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar ist
